TURMERIC PLUS PEPPER…. AGREE 👍 DrEva

  4. @radhikashingwekar90 on July 25, 2025 at 11:22 am

Turmeric needs to be mixed/cooked in a fat-based medium (such as milk or ghee or oil), not taken as the fad “turmeric shots” in water, for activating its anti-inflammatory benefits. If there is an internal or external wound or trauma or just for general inflammation in the body, boil milk with a pinch of turmeric, and add a bit of grated ginger once the milk has boiled and taken off the heat. Let it sit for a bit and then strain and enjoy (drink this preferably before going to bed for maximum benefits). At this stage, black pepper can also be added, but due to its hot nature, it may not always suit everyone at night.
This comes from centuries of Indian food wisdom, but the west has only now recognised and rebranded it as ‘turmeric lattes’. 😅

Add to my fried eggs best for me. Also to my meat when pan fry. I use cracked black pepper. Works great for me!

yes, tumeric has always been used in combination of other spices such as hot peppers, cumin, coriander. it tastes like dirt without it.

    • @YeshuaKingMessiah on July 25, 2025 at 1:46 pm

It tastes like dirt without being cooked first!
Indians make a cooked paste and keep in fridge for golden milk as needed. They never eat it raw.

  9. @fernando4132 on July 25, 2025 at 1:16 pm

They have known this in India for about 5 thousand years, it is the basis for curry.

I have had chronic inflammation in my body, for most of my adult life, I will be 75 in October & I drink tea with tumeric, ginger, black pepper & orange! My husband drinks it, too. Even our friend that will be 94, next month drinks it & she has no pain in her knee anymore!

    • @dreameducation788 on July 25, 2025 at 5:55 pm

Please tell me how to make it

Just boil them as a tea

  14. @WTHenry2023 on July 25, 2025 at 4:03 pm

The active anti-inflammatory agent in tumeric is circumin. Tumeric only contains….2-5 percent circumin. I buy circumin extract and add black pepper for absorption
