I was surprised!…
When I first started learning about sugar I was shocked at how bad it deteriorated your body.
So I started reading labels and then something even more shocking happened!
I found sugar in salt packets at restaurants. I found sugar in my canned tomatoes and green beans. I found sugar in foods that I would have never expected.
Of course there is sugar in soda and candy bars, but why in a packet labeled “salt”.
Reading labels is critically important. I can’t encourage it enough. Sugar is labeled under over 250 different names, so look for words with “ose” at the end of them. (Ex. Sucrose, glucose, fructose, etc…)

Yep still sugar!
I was carnivore for 3.5 years and was in peak condition… met a lady, and her son likes to bake. Tried some cookies and was addicted to junk all over again. So, currently, I consume way too much! The addictive power of sugar is insane.
I consume about 10 lbs a year..😮
My consumption of sugar is ZERO. That’s my goal.
Can’t get my head around the american way of eating rubbish all day. I’m from europe and when I was in america it baffled me what people were eating for breakfast for instance. Almost all processed foods full of E numbers and enhancers. Disgusting. I eat almost no sugar
