You talked about 150 minutes a week of moderate exercise, about 23 minutes a day, give/take? And that’s my new program ☺️
I have seen the same mistake under 50, like my middle daughter. She’s 30 years old and she does all 3 mistakes. I try to tell her and she tells me i’ m all wrong.
Im 60 y.o. and Im 183 # and shes still in her upper 230s#. Go figure.
will we see some workouts for this month?
Pahla is focusing on getting out 1 short “pep talk” for us each day of 2023. She has close to 1,000 already on YouTube and encourages us to use those. I already did all the 2022 ones, so I’m cycling back to the ones she released in 2021.
Can I still lose weight and train for obstacle course racing?
