Sugar and carbs are hurting and killing people every other day. I remember having T2 diabetes buying sweets and eating rice, pasta and even sugar free stuff. I started reading the ingredients on everything and learning how to beat diabetes. I rather eat mashed cauliflower and cauliflower rice Before any type of rice. Brown rice and wild rice is still a carbs. Mindset is powerful and I love waking up every day. Keto fasting is the Key 🗝 Also lots of walking and finding something to do. Get 2 moving around the house and yard. God is good .

Been fasting n keto/ carnivore 👍 Drs instructions were avoid dairy and butterand red meat ! 😮Grandma said if you crave something, your lacking something! In my 70’s ,Ive recently noticed muscle loss and studies showed me I need red meat ! 👍 Plus K2 n potassium! I use celery and plan to incorporate parsley! @gabidon4401idk about that. It’s the easiest macronutrient to overeat and breaks down into sugar rapidly. I think carbs do damage a lot of people’s health. Especially those that don’t move around a lot.

I take celery seed extract, 1 tsp of celery seeds, and use celery in my salads daily.

I hear you talk about eating red meat a lot, but as someone with Sarcoidosis I have found that red meat triggers Sarcoidosis flare ups & causes the granulomas in my body to grow in size. I can eat it every now & then, but if I eat a lot then I can literally feel the granulomas in my arms growing in size, so I rarely eat red meat. It would be really awesome if you could do some videos pertaining to Sarcoidosis, because the info out there is not always accurate! I can promise you that Sarcoidosis does not just go away as reported. It may go into remission, but it doesn’t go away for good.
