Recently honed in on no carbs, no fat diet, but also listed very healthy low calorie foods. Already more energy and positivity in general. I have reduced the amount of nuts, figs, dates and prunes which were adding so many calories.
Calorie counting with a list on your fridge is a way to go. Be aware.
Sorry that should be no sugar not no fats. Healthy fats are so necessary especially for your brain.
