Organic red meat , watch out for lectins found in vegetables because they cause havoc for your intestines. I suggest research on the benefits of carnivore diet and lectin.

@James Paolini I started with the 30 day Beef, Butter, Bacon & Eggs. You eat as much as you need to feel satisfied and no longer hungry. I try to only eat once a day. Watch some videos from Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Anthony Chaffe & Dr. Ken Berry. They will give you a lot of useful info. Oh and btw I’m losing weight and the inflammation in my knees has greatly improved so far. It’s incredible all the lies we’ve been told about food all our lives
