    Been going to physical therapy since 2017 different ones in the city I noticed that they will always tell me to not go on YouTube and the others sites looking for help.. I started listening to Dr Ekberg on YouTube and I stopped going to physical therapy 2023 od December pain free weight came down also plus saving money, time and stress relief You are the 🐐 👑 💯

    I know that 2 of my doctors freaking out about How can my health issues go away within a year and I bet They are online looking for Who is Dr Sten Ekberg

    ❤❤My triglyceride, LDL and blood pressure used to always be high that they sent me home with LDL Shots and different cholesterol meds and send me to a cholesterol specialist, for my blood pressure 3 difference pills and sent me home with a blood pressure monitor for the nurses to text or call me checking my Blood pressure numbers and asking questions.. But Keto/ fasting 18/ 6 took care of the problem.
    Keto fasting also helps with my weight 140 lbs down, Most of my pain, panic and anxiety 90 % better my friends and family, Nurses and some of my doctors are happy for me and I been down with lots more health problems that I didn’t know how I made it home from the hospital over 27 years THANKS for keto -fasting diet and Dr Ekberg and Dr Berg❤ 💪

    Dr Ekberg changed my life from migraines 2-3 times a week to 1 time a month, more energy and less aches. On top of that, I finally learned how the human body works after so many years of misinformation from governments. A big thanks from Belgium 🙏

      Technically you’re correct because blackrock and co pressure and bribe politicians to regulate in their favor. Science is something they do not know or manipulate numbers to ‘prove’ their point. Ultimately it is corrupt politicians allowing this to happen. In my country state media are told to claim that highly processed seed oils are healthy, alocohol and sugar are promoted as ‘not that bad’. On the other hand, real butter, fresh meat, eggs and salt are promoted to be very unhealthy. Don’t even get me started on health myths like cholesterol, salt and covid mandates. Mainstream healthcare have customers, not patients. Their incentive for misinforming the public is very clear and lucrative for all parties involved.

    Former nurse here. I’ve been following Dr. Ekberg for years and absolutely love his lifestyle philosophy and teachings. How I wish I could have had teachers like him when I took my nursing course! Thank you Dr. Ekberg for your continuos efforts in helping us better our health.

      Totally agree with you. Actually we should have Dr. Ekberg’s (or similar) videos shown in all schools at several grade levels, not just for nurses. Perhaps then our society would be healthier, and nurses and others in the medical system would be able to focus on the injuries and illnesses not caused by inadequate nutrition.

      @@JohnMcCW41 And I totally agree with you. Dr. Ekberg does belong in classrooms, as well as other doctors of similar mindsets. I worked in large nursing homes and could tell horror stories about inadequate nutrition, and I’ve known for a long time that children ( as well as adults ) are lacking in proper nutrition. It’s heartbreaking.

    I have an old coffee grinder on the counter and grind almonds walnuts, cacao beans, chia, sesame seeds and flax, cinnamon or hemp protein. In any combo really. Mix it with olive oil andI throw this mixture into anything I am eating and it becomes a superfood.

    I’m so glad that Dr Ekberg mentioned that ice cream is his weakness and he controls his consumption buy not keeping it around the house. This is great advice because I find that it lot easier to say no to the bad food at the store than when it’s staring you right in the face at home.

    Prior to July 2022, I would drink 1 or 2 beers per year and I felt like an alcoholic. Now I drink none. Also I have not drunk Coke, Fanta, (all soft drinks) etc for nearly 6 years.

      It’s also people realizing that the information they’ve been given in the past is wrong. I don’t know what they teach in schools now since I’ve been out for 30 years but the old food pyramid and the fat-free wave that occurred when I was your age fed us a lot of bad info. If we would have had a sugar-free wave back then then we wouldn’t have the problems we do.

      I am in my 60s. I started waking up in the last several years and realized that I wasn’t eating as healthfully as I believed that I was. I thought that I was feeding my family healthy. I didn’t know what I didn’t know and there was not YouTube or aware doctors when I was younger. Also, back in my day, food had yet to be morphed into the Frankenfood that it is now. And yes, we ate seed oils and did not know better because we were told that it was good for you by “experts”. We were raised in school to not question anything and believe what we were told. It isn’t until it gets so bad that people start seeing the truth and experiencing the consequences that things begin changing. We cared – we just didn’t know better. But when you know better, you do better! I am so glad to see that someone as young as yourself is taking responsibility for keeping yourself, healthy, and doing your own thinking and research!🎉 Share what you are learning with everybody- and don’t believe and trust what you’re told. Listen to your heart and your gut. Clearly you have insight. ❤

    In EU where I live the name of “Greek yoghurt” can’t be used unless the product is made in Greece. So they call it “Greek style yoghurt” 🙂 I absolutely love this yoghurt and eat it every day (except for fasting days). It has 10% of fat and it feels like eating heavy cream. It is not sweetened but still has 5 grams of carbs per 100 g. It is sold in 400 g plastic cups and I eat one (500 kcal) or sometimes two (1000 kcal) every day. Delicious and super cheap🙃

      Don’t forget…very high protein as well. I make my own Greek Yogurt every 5 days (takes about 20Min ) and can make it as thick as I want. Yogurt is amazing

    I’ve struggled with severe rashes and “eczema” and diabetes-like problemsfor decades, eliminated sugar and gluten but but have come to realize SEED OILS have been the biggest problem

    Very true, in 1992 I began trying pop tarts, one Saturday after eating one for breakfast about 3 hours later I had a heart attack, was taken to a nearby hospital emergency room, ended up getting 4 injections of heparin, didn’t have to have any surgery because I was otherwise very healthy, spent about 36 hours in the hospital before being released. Haven’t eaten one of them since. It’s a good thing that you are warning people about these so called foods.
