Plant protein is incomplete, comes with zero fat, poorly absorbable minerals and lots of antinutrients
Eat ruminants and their milk, cultured and also eggs. Fatty fish and roe are great too.

I eat plenty of chicken and red meat and still lost hair, you have to keep in mind most men lose hair because of high dht levels not because they Arnt eating enough meats

    • @giapata on September 18, 2024 at 12:17 pm

They lose hair because of low level inflammation caused by starches and sugars. Cut down on those add omega 3 oils and hairloss will stop. I was losing hair for ages but genetics is just a predesposition. Actual male baldness is caused by diet and nobody wants you to know that.

    • @sugahoney89 on September 18, 2024 at 1:23 pm

No. I knew a guy who started developing thinning hair, and then the next month, his hair was full again. What was the change from one month to the other? He had quit drinking for dry November or whatever month the challenge is. I think he drank every day or at least 3-4 times a week.

    • @indz7775 on September 18, 2024 at 2:25 pm
