I found another ingredient more worse to consume is Carrageenan. Walmart traditional rotisserie chicken contained them and natural favoring. Zero sugar and pass the iodine starch test but it have carrageenan which I felt my eye twitching and both knees weakened like my bones and muscles given up add to my tummy pain.

Home Chef rotisserie chicken got maltodextrin. Smart and Final rotisserie chicken seems safe as it have brown sugar.

In addition to another ingredient Soy Lecithin about in everythings too even some American Cheeses may contain trace amount of Hexane. It goes under the name SOY.

I spent about 30mins in a Publix just trying to find a SALAD DRESSING that doesn’t have soyabean oil…even the ones that say Olive oil has a blend…it’s crazy.

    • @rollinia7770 on July 21, 2025 at 11:26 am

@rickjames9524 Primal Kitchen may have good salad dressing. Just look for one without potato starch and mushroom extract.

For anyone curious how they can still eat bread, when making your own make sure to buy heirloom wheat flour from outside of America. Obviously buy it online. It’s just our wheat, so make your own with the non modified stuff

  10. @mrityunjaykumar4202 on July 21, 2025 at 11:25 am

wheat flour in india has different grades not just the all purpose ones which are mostly consumed in the US and Europe.. one of which is wheat+bran flour, another is wheat+ragi or wheat+bajra+amaranthus, any combination of millets in small proportion

Does this include organic potato starch?

  13. @quinceyb921 on July 21, 2025 at 12:26 pm

A food that most of us are unaware of. A lot of us are at a loss when it comes to choice in food. People eat to fit their budget and not their health. Lower income families are almost forced to poison themselves AND their children, all while big businesses knowingly add cheap ingredients and poison to make profit. The US and industrial complex system of making profit is to blame.

    • @ianstuart5660 on July 21, 2025 at 3:33 pm

      Definitely! Very sad!
      😢😢😢

    • @lavenderbee3611 on July 21, 2025 at 3:42 pm

I don’t understand the full scope of this problem, but I think these families have forgotten how to eat properly which means cooking from scratch and sitting down as a family to eat meals. Maybe they can’t afford a keto diet, but rice and dried beans are cheap. Fresh produce in season and lower cost cuts of meat couldn’t be anymore expensive than pure junk food. Every family should have an InstantPot, a real time saver IMHO. The blue zone people eat pretty simply.

    • @lifelesswolf1st on July 21, 2025 at 4:44 pm

or just produce you own food? lean how to plant crops and such and your done

    • @melancholicsloth on July 21, 2025 at 5:04 pm

How tf is healthy food costlier than unhealthy junk? Like I cannot afford going to KFC but like chicken curry roti veggies I can get under 200 Rs

    • @quinceyb921 on July 21, 2025 at 5:10 pm

@@lavenderbee3611sometimes it’s access. If you can’t find a farmers market or a whole food grocery, it is difficult to always be able to get healthy food. I’m speaking from experience, and sometimes, just ordering pizza or getting fast food, is a “cheaper” or more cost effective way of eating. Let alone feeding a family. At least it used to be. Now, everything is so expensive that we all should be trying to eat whole foods. But again, access is the issue most times. Especially for lower income families

  14. @raydubbstep4424 on July 21, 2025 at 1:04 pm
