You’re a big inspiration Lucy ✨️ thank you 😊
❤
Absolutely your are right point taken
Keep your good work
This is a problem that people often face at the end of a weight loss journey . If being normal weight equated with happiness then all slim people would be happy – which clearly they are not .
Also people shouldn’t also assume that ‘ comfort ‘ eating issues are down to weakness or psychological problems . When I was a high wholegrain vegetarian I was obsessed with food and had no satiety . Once I learnt about insulin resistance and it’s relationship to hunger hormones I went on a low carb journey . Giving up bread in particular had a big positive effect on me – not least because that cleared up some psoriasis plaques I had . I might add that I was always sporting and regularly cycled 30 miles on hilly Downland .
Having said that I like these videos very much – not least for their honesty .
Peace and love everyone ✌️🕊️
Only bread or everything made from flour? If you don’t mind me asking.
@Dian Soekanto I guess it was all wheat but I mainly ate a lot of bread . Expensive artisan bread I might add . Has other positive effects -:reduced nasal congestion and I lost some stubborn inches of my waist . I was definitely not reducing calories – probably increasing them . I then researched it a lot and found that wheat was not all it was cracked up to be . It will keep you alive but won’t allow for optimal health . Annoying really as the part of the UK I live is covered in wheat fields which trash biodiversity. A high ecological cost for very little health profit .
This 🙌🏻
That’s the women’s power,
Not giving up, and loving yourself are the things I learned from you. ,😇💖
Do you have to have some strength already to do callisthenics or can you do it from a place of no exercise?
Great content! Thanks 😊❤️
