      ​@@NOMCCBAMA 1 tablespoon with 8 ounces of water, before meals, 20-30 minutes before you eat, on an empty stomach.
      Drink with straw to protect teeth. I rinse my mouth twice, spitting the rinse water out.

    Dr Berg thank you I exercise, do intermittent fasting 17 or 18 hrs, drink cinnamon sticks water daily, i lost weight and my craving for carbohydrates and sugar all gone, I Dr one it by staying consistent. Information is power 🙏🙏

    i’ve found that berberine helps, but also that L-carnitine helps reduce the sugar levels about 2x during the starvation phase

      @@sunlbx I found a Berberine liquid supplement with cinnamon. It used to upset my stomach but you need to decrease the dose and increase the number of times you take it. Too much in your system at once isn’t great.

    Combine these tips with all the benefits of microdosing glp-1. I started with your approach years ago. I had no negative side effects from glp-1s because my diet was clean and fasting had fixed a lot of gut issues but my set point would not move. GLP-1 help me to loose another 20 pounds improving my heart condition. GLP-1 and other peptides are game changers. I hope you start looking into and providing education around peptides usage.

      Absolutely same here! It also healed my hormone imbalance which allowed my body to let go of the weight. Keto and IF wouldn’t do it alone. I had to add a GLP1

      I tablespoon vinegar in 8 ounces water. Drink 20-30 minutes before meal, on an empty stomach.
      Drink with a straw to protect your teeth. Rinse mouth afterwards with water, swishing, don’t swallow the rinsing water.

      @@sonshinethomas7986I do carnivore and IF. I eat two meals per day. I lost 50 lbs four years ago. It’s what I do to keep the weight off as I have no thyroid. Thyroidectomy.
