In this video, we explore why some experts warn that the more you cook with it, the more harmful it may become.

Ditching sugar was the best decision I ever made! My health and wellbeing have never been better.
I have a question, what do you eat for dessert? Any sweets? Do you just stay to fruits?
@DavyJones5it’s the amount that matters, once in a while is fine, but in most or everyday we limit the consumed amount
Good job ❤
Carbs sugar and veg oils
@AppleGridI often take a slug on hexane every now than then
Vegetable (seed) oil
Vegetable or seed oils are best to completely avoid, especially the highly processed types used for cooking and in many packaged foods.
Cold pressed organic coconut oil? I actually trust coconut oil over EVOO because there’s warnings that 60% of EVOO on the market is fake…
Coconut oil
Mustard oil
Yes, cold pressed organic coconut oil is a good choice. It’s stable for cooking, and your concern about EVOO is valid since some products on the market can be mislabeled.
@SmithfieldQui
Mustard oil? That’s a new one to me!
I wish beef tallow would become common again.
Not if the WHO/WEF have anything to do with it!
Ask your butcher
Some stores are selling it
If you are in the UK you can get it from Tesco along with lard. Usually next to the butter
I use it daily get from a butchers.
Ghee, coconut oil, and a good quality avocado oil are good fats too
Absolutely, ghee, coconut oil, and good quality avocado oil are all healthy fats to use in cooking.
@DrbergThey sure are. It’d be awesome if fast food places and restaurant starts using those for fries.

❤Most doctors don’t understand your problems, but the keto diet take care of your problems.❤
Many people feel that way, and changing diet like keto can make a big difference when conventional advice has not helped.
Fortunately, there isn’t any in our kitchen. Thanks to you.
That’s great to hear, I’m glad the information has been helpful!
Thank you, Dr Berg ❤
Most welcome. Thanks for watching!
Exactly why I can’t and won’t eat anything fried when I go out.
Common. Live a little. Your body can handle it.
I’m amazed how many products like bread have it in
@Something3741No thanks! I’d prefer to live long and live well – healthy and pain free! Our bodies weren’t meant to consume all the toxins we’ve been conditioned to consume, and most people no longer realize how healthy and great they can feel.
@paulaalberto8959i am telling you will feel healthy and great. But your choice. I meant just chill.
Totally agree, steering clear of fried foods when eating out is a smart choice for your health.
I have no seed oils. I only use butter, lard and tallow.
That’s excellent, using only butter, lard, and tallow keeps your cooking oils stable and healthy.
@Drberg why does this diddybluds comments sound a bit written with ai…
Happy new year 🎊🎆🎈 Dr !
Happy New Year! Wishing you a healthy and amazing year ahead!
Haven’t bought a bottle of supermarket seed oil aka vegetable oil for over twenty years
Unfortunately it’s incorporated into many processed foods
That’s great, avoiding supermarket seed oils is smart. Unfortunately, they are still hidden in many processed foods, so it’s important to check labels carefully.
In kerala we use coconut oil
We use avocado oil and coconut oil.

If you don’t won’t to hear the truth, don’t watch this guy. He holds nothing back.
The producers that make all these products aka garbage must want him to go away. 😂😂 Keep going Dr Berg, you are AWESOME!
Thanks for watching this video. Glad this resonates with you. Thanks for your support!
It’s like basically, avoid fried foods, sauces, and chips
I only use avocado oil or olive oil. I also have lard handy. No seed oils here!
I’ve recently started using tallow. I have to say, I’m liking what I’m tasting. It’s surprisingly hard to taste except it seems to keep especially lean meats quite moist. But salmon is my favorite. And it doesn’t smoke at high temperatures.
It’s also a great moisturizer, too!
In my French Canadian American kitchen I use butter, olive oil and bacon fat……ooh, la,la🎉🎉🎉🎉.
Thank you Dr. Berg😊.
May God bless you and your family this New Year 🎉.
Miss Monique 🙂🙏🌷💗
