If I’m walking 16 kilometers per day I burn most of the sugar that I drink and therefore I have a tolerance for up to 100 grams of sugar per day so long as I maintain the walking…. You really need to factor in exercise….. Probably about 10% of my calories is sugar…. If I wasn’t exercising that would be a problem

Here’s a breakdown of the typical DiGiorno Rising Crust Pepperoni Pizza ingredients:

    1. Crust ingredients:

    Water

    Soybean oil

    Sugar

    Yeast

    Dextrose

    Malted barley flour

    Salt

Dough conditioners (calcium sulfate, ascorbic acid, enzymes)

    Cornmeal

    Citric acid

    Monoglycerides

    Calcium propionate (preservative)

    Wheat gluten

    2. Pizza sauce ingredients:

    Tomato paste

    Water

    Sugar

    Salt

    Garlic powder

    Onion powder

    Spices (oregano, basil, black pepper)

    Citric acid

    Soybean oil

    Natural flavors

    3. Cheese blend ingredients (Mozzarella and modified cheese products):

Part-skim mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cultures, salt, enzymes)

    Modified food starch

    Salt

Anti-caking agents (calcium sulfate, powdered cellulose)

    Preservatives (sorbic acid, natamycin)

    4. Pepperoni ingredients:

    Pork

    Beef

    Salt

    Spices (black pepper, paprika)

    Water

    Dextrose

    Sodium nitrate (preservative)

    Garlic powder

    Lactic acid starter culture

    Natural smoke flavoring

    Citric acid

    Sodium ascorbate

    Sodium nitrite (preservative)

    Paprika extract (color)

    5. Additional additives and preservatives:

    Sodium tripolyphosphate (in pepperoni)

    Mono- and diglycerides (in crust)

    Dough conditioners (enzymes, ascorbic acid)

Preservatives (calcium propionate, sodium nitrate, sorbic acid)

    Soy lecithin (emulsifier)

    Modified corn starch (in cheese)

This ingredient list shows how multiple elements of the pizza (crust, sauce, cheese, pepperoni) contribute a wide range of processed ingredients and additives, resulting in over 50 ingredients in total.

There’s a guy on yt who fasts 96 hours and than eats horribly. Like a huge binge. He lost 100 lbs or so but he can gain 20 pounds in 3 days. I told him that’s not healthy but he didn’t listen. His name is finally fasting. If anyone wants to help correct him
