    bravo dr ur videos help me a lot I have a question I have harnyia isue before I have thanks to GOD it’s gone with out medication or operation now I have again face this problem after so many years many doctor told me it’s very smal not sugest operation but don’t get down to much not out wo much heavy weight drink water a lot thanks to GOD feel not pain even go to gym walk runing climinbing not gona pain so give me some tips which kind of food juices salts I can eat in future not face this kind of problem
    Again and my problem solve also must replay in details

    Stomach Acid is a myth. Please cite your ”science” that proves drinking water dilutes stomach acid significantly enough to show any effects on digestion compared to not drinking water.
