Take what Berg says with a grain of salt, my man. He gives sound advice only 50% of the time.
Soy was never the healthiest alternative , that’s what was advertised!! Everyone should not buy oe eat anything with Soy !!
Remember that this Doctor has a carnivore diet agenda, so anything outside of that is “bad”.
Dr Berg does alot of good for alot of people.
I was replacing my whey with soy isolate, and the results were amazing only for three months. After that everything is crashed! Muscles shrink, body fat increased, joints in pain, recovery sucks, and energy collapse! That was a huge lesson for me! Don’t even dare to try, make my case as your lesson too! Beef, Goat, Salmon, Tuna and Chickens are the best in the long terms yet convenient.
Natural ia the way to go.

Besides avoiding it or taking migraine medication I drink lots of water and take magnesium Glycinate to help relieve the side effects of soy protein isolate and other names for monosodium glutamate. It is very debilitating to some people who are sensitive to it!
Yes your right msg is hid in many foods under many names. There is a book written 20plus yrs ago that is called freedom from headaches. I read it and it changed my life.

No. Soy protein isolate is a highly processed form of soy protein.
