Discover the real consequences of seed oils here:

Today, we’re going to investigate the truth about avocados, avocado oil, and your health. When avocados arrive at the grocery store, they’re often put into a gas chamber and artificially ripened with ethylene gas. The artificial ripening process leaves this superfood devoid of phytonutrients.

One research study evaluated 22 different brands of avocado oil and discovered that many products were oxidized, which can cause inflammation. Surprisingly, many products were actually fake avocado oil, mainly composed of soy and canola oils.

Approximately 82% of avocado oil is not what it says it is! In the US, there are no official rules on avocado oil or a legally binding definition of the avocado oil extraction process. This has opened the door for corruption.

Some avocado oil products contain no avocado oil at all! The origins of your avocado oil can also be misleading. A product can be labeled “product of the US”, but grown and blended elsewhere, as long as the final product is bottled in the US.

Avocado oil doesn’t always have an expiration or production date, making it difficult to determine how long it’s been sitting on the shelf.

Fast food guacamole does not contain much avocado. It’s often replaced with green peas, hydrogenated oils, and food starches. Cosmetics also claim to use avocado oil, yet soy, palm, and mineral oils are usually listed first on the ingredient list.

If you want to buy avocado oil, look for the following:
•Dark, glass bottle
•Expiration date
•Avoid the cheapest brand
•Look for the harvest date
•Look for green-colored oil

When choosing avocados, look for Californian varieties, such as the Hass variety. Avoid the cheaper, shiny, bagged varieties.

Avocados can be an incredibly healthy food if you choose the right ones. They contain healthy fats, minimal omega-6 fats, and are a rich source of potassium and magnesium.

I work with inner city blacks and white working class Midwesterners. They are constantly shoving their faces with chips, Doritos and Flaming Hot Cheetos. Then, washing down with soda. Many of them are morbidly obese. It all needs to stop. They have to have giant commercial farms to feed these low IQ animals. You have to build your way out of this. In the end, the quality food will cost most of your paycheck because it takes hard work and valuable resources to grow it. I spend 5 to $600 a week to feed my family the cleanest foods we can source.

Honestly if you’ve ever had a garden or ever cooked from scratch, none of this is any news. As a gardener, I know that when I pick vegetables, the clock is ticking. You either eat it, or can it but with few exceptions fresh fruit and vegetables have a short shelf life. Real bread (not from the store) molds and turns green after a few days. That’s how you know it’s real and not full of preservatives.

  16. @IdentityCrisis1581 on August 10, 2025 at 3:17 pm

They do the same thing with tomatos. They pick them green and put them in a nitrogen gas chamber that turns them red. So the tomatos you get from the store aren’t ripe. But they do that because if they wait until the tomato is truely ripe, they won’t last but a few days on the store shelves. So they do that to give them a longer shelf life.

The oddest thing to me. Salt has an expiration date put on it. Salt which is a mineral and is already millions of years old. And also is used to preserve other foods. Somehow has an expiration date.

Thank you very much, Sir, for fearlessly coming out to speak about this corruption in our food industries.

When I was back home in Africa, I used to eat avocado seasonally, and I never had any issue of feeling sick after eating it. Fruits and vegetables are supposed to be seasonal. I thought avocado was going to be the same thing worldwide, little did I know. The first time I ate avocado outside of Africa, I felt sick and bloated. The same thing happened the second time I ate ago. This is when I stopped eating it. Whenever I travel home and it is fruit season, I eat all avocados that I want instead of eating poison here.

All the foods in Northern America, Europe, the UK, etc, are full of genetically modified organisms, preservatives, and addictive substances. These are the reasons why there are so many unknown diseases.
