    I had psoriasis omg took a year of focus, Accupunture & TCM has cleared going from being told immune suppressant I refused focused on nerve symptoms and lots of other things life changing.

    I’m just starting this video but I’m so glad you mentioned how you did not realize how much weight you had gained. This was me a few years ago. I knew I was bigger because I had to buy new clothes and I looked bigger but I did not realize HOW big I had gotten. From size 4 to a large 12. It was all stress and coping through treats. I’m still working on loosing weight..

      You can do it Kristin❤I went from a size 6 to a 14 after having my last two children in my late thirties. I was getting out of breath doing chores at home and said “enough!!!” I went back to my roots in 2022 & started to train quietly, like what Lucy mentioned, I didn’t want the pressure…and three years later, I am forty pounds lighter & soooo strong. There is joy in the journey. I am going to be 43 this fall & I am training harder than ever and loving finding new skills. God bless you. 😊

      @@nicolemurphy2629 It definitely can be depending on one’s body composition. I have been pudgy at smaller sizes and more muscular at larger sizes. I think she just meant for her, it wasn’t at her healthy weight.
