Aldi doesn’t carry the super firm tofu, but their extra-firm is only about $1.55

The super firm is totally different from the extra firm. It’s like a different food altogether. I get it at Kroger and Trader Joe’s

TJ’s has extra firm. It’s the only kind of tofu that I like.
I looooove tofu. It is so easy to prepare. I eat it 3-4 times/week. But I notice my belly gets reaaly bloated after my meal. Do you know why and what I can do to avoid this ?
