I get super excited when I see that I can maintain my weight. Even after the holidays.. taking a week off.. indulging once in a while. Losing would be nice, but maintaining for 2 years has been just as great. I know that to lose I just need to tweak.
Scale? What scale? I have one, it gets used once in a blue moon. Only time I really weigh is when I see my doc. 😁
