    Years ago I read Mark Sisson’s Primal Blueprint and he said to exercise at 60-65% of your maximum heart rate for fat burning. If you exercise at 70-75% you enter glucose burning mode.

    Like you said a brisk walk is great if you do the math and stay in the fat burn zone. I wear a heart rate monitor to know when to back off or step it up.

    When should you take Berberine ER? I’ve been using yours for 3 months now but I think I might be taking it at the wrong time. I take it at night right after dinner. Love your videos; I’ve learned so much.

    It’s unfortunate, but many people wait until there’s an emergency wake up call before they try to make a change. Don’t wait til the doctor tells you you must cut down on junk and exercise… start walking and if you are going to eat chips don’t add dip, choose unsalted chips and ween yourself off. Don’t add icing to cake. Garnishes, sauces, creams should be eliminated… show some restraint, you don’t have to be a glutton… cut back on the junk and walk…. Do it before you are too large to walk, because once that happens out won’t be able to walk and you will only get larger.
    Walk… get out and walk!
