@@SweetPotatoSoul Apple pie is equivalent for memories for me indeed🤷🏼♂️ I was raised by my grandparents and when we arrived at our destination for a day out we always had apple pie that was mandatory in a good way😂

I don’t have any seitan recipes on my blog, unfortunately. Traditional seitan is also made from gluten, but you should be able to find a good gluten-free seitan-like roast that you can make for your table 🙂
