In this video, we’re going to look at some of the benefits of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice and how they can be used to make an effective, natural liver cleanser.

The acetic acid in apple cider vinegar is the main source of its benefits. Apple cider vinegar can help combat insulin resistance and make you more sensitive to insulin.

When you’re more insulin-sensitive, you have better blood sugar, better cognitive function, less stored fat in the liver, and less inflammation.

Apple cider vinegar also helps reduce oxidative stress and can slow free radical damage. It helps you store glycogen in the liver, which helps with exercise and stamina. Apple cider vinegar improves digestion and can decrease bloating and appetite.

Fairchild’s Apple Cider Vinegar is a great option because it’s organic and not diluted. Organic apple cider vinegar is the best choice, and “the mother” is not always necessary.

Lemon juice has potent anti-inflammatory properties and is packed full of antioxidants. You can juice a lemon or blend the whole lemon for even more benefits.

Lemon contains citric acid, which prevents kidney stones and supports your cells’ mitochondria. Lemons have a powerful hepatoprotective effect and can help reduce liver enzymes, especially after drinking alcohol.

Research suggests that lemons can help decrease fat in your liver and help correct cholesterol imbalances. Lemon is also effective against free radical damage and oxidative stress.

To make a simple, natural liver cleanser, combine 12 to 16 ounces of water, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Drink the mixture with a straw to protect your teeth.

If you experience burning in your stomach or suspect that you have an ulcer, don’t drink this—instead, focus on natural ways to heal your ulcer first.

Thank you Dr Berg for telling us about Braggs ACV last year. I noticed that the color changed from the brown red color to yellow last year. Now people are saying that the company was bought by someone who has connections to BG and the apples used are no.longer organic.

Add pepper to activate the turmeric. And i suggest adding some crushed garlic – gives it a nice earthy taste and lots of health benefit.

I deeply appreciate your recommendations, deat Dr. Berg, at least I begun to do the apple cider vinegar, after I’ve forgotten it for whatever reason. You reminded me to struve doing more for my health. Together with returning to the sane practice of physical exercise. We do wrong when we ask God to help us with good health but we don’t do neither exercise nor changes in the food we eat.

    Hello Dr.Berg 🙂
Ive been following your content for a long time and helped a lot on my immunity and such.
Would like to know whats your POV on carnivore diet.
Im starting carnivore, but I’ll dirty it for a bit with sourkreut, kefir, 10k vit D3, some good quality natural oils and omegas and occasional barries on the side.
How much is that sustainable from your POV? I’ll try it no matter what for 60 days and see what to do after that.
    Tnx, and god bless.

Great information, Dr. Berg. Love drinking my diluted ACV with lemon in carbonated water everyday. Its benefits are amazing. Thank you 🙏🏻🍋

    • @jesusislord556 on January 13, 2024 at 7:03 pm

Do you juice your lemon with the peel or you just squeeze the juice out of the lemon.

    • @pricer39 on January 13, 2024 at 7:12 pm

@@jesusislord556 lemon juice is delicious and SOUR! The surface of the peel has some yummy lemon scents. The white part of the peel is the flavonoids and VERY BITTER. I’ve noticed that vitamin C supplements with the flavonoids cost more …
If you are not sensitive to bitter, blend the whole lemon to get all the benefits (including the seeds). If you hate bitter, might want to figure out a way to swallow it without having to taste it.

  17. @dave5185 on January 13, 2024 at 5:18 pm

I’ve been blending 1 lemon (cut into quarters) in my blender with a cup of ice and some water and a pinch of celtic salt to make a smoothie every day and this has been amazing. It cuts out my hunger for many hours (bitter foods latch onto receptors in the stomach and satiate hunger for a while). Meyer lemons work best, but even regular lemons aren’t too bitter when blended up with ice. Sometimes I add a squirt of Mio drink mix (berry) to change up the flavor a bit. Clearly a lot of vitamin c in this smoothie, but it has had amazing effects for me and I haven’t had a cold in months.
