The Most Important Mineral of All Minerals
Most people have no idea what this powerhouse mineral actually does for their body! It’s NOT calcium, sulfur, or fluoride — yet it’s responsible for activating over 300 vital enzymes, powering energy production (ATP), and controlling muscle relaxation, including your heart muscle.
If you're constantly tired, have muscle cramps, twitching, anxiety, or irregular heartbeats… you might be dangerously deficient in this critical mineral.

I had a feeling that it was magnesium. Thank you for sharing that with us. 🙂
Sure. Let me know if you need more info on Magnesium.
Make sure you get magnesium glycinate..maybe citrate BUT never Oxide
@@Drberg, I remember you saying you should combine magnesium with vitamin D for better absorption. Is this correct?
@@DontTestMeAtallYes-thank you. I have magnesium glycinate right now as a matter of fact. 🙂
@tatleman5314 yes AND vitamin k2
Knew it! Taking mine every evening now!
I was having having heart palpitations and anxiety many other bad symptoms. The Drs. had no idea what was wrong! I went through this for months. Then i saw DrBerg and found out it was magnesium. I now have my life back! Thank you Dr Berg!
Same
Doctors know nothing about nutrition
I use 2 to 3 desert spoonfuls of pumpkin seeds everyday, they are very high in magnesium.I make sure i chew and not add to porridge etc. It took 6 weeks to take effect, now i do not wake to use the toilet in the night anymore, my sleep has improved immensely.
Wow! Thank you for sharing, will try it too 🎉
Thanks for sharing 🎉
Thanks for sharing, Kevin. Glad this helps. This video might be of interest! 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jsEi4a8eWQ
You really should get up to use the toilet! 😜
What’s a desert spoonful?
Telling my 95 yr old father this, over and over…
Thanks for the vid to help back it up!
Well, he is 95 so he did a few things right I’d say. Maybe he should be telling you a few things?

When I was a teenager, I used to wake up crying in the middle of the night with involuntary muscle contraction only on my legs. I would squeeze it, punch it, rub it, to let it go – Later, I learned I was low on Mg and Potassium
Magnesium is very underrated. I had a therapist recommend it for helping with sleep. I’ve been using it for 2 years, and it really is fantastic and helpful.
Please share what brand are you using? I suffer with insomnia and nothing is working.
@@bridgettecarter7161get a magnesium complex with many compounds in it.
How many mg do you take ?
@@bridgettecarter7161
Magnesium glycinate
@bridgettecarter7161
I take 4 tbl a day, 750 mg each tbl. Helping me sleep better, but even more importantly, keeping my cluster migraines at bay 😅
I need to start taking it again. Thank you for the reminder.
Glad to help!
The magnesium supplement I take at night is the only thing that’s calmed my restless legs at night. ❤
Can you tell me what kind do you take and what brand?
@@LisaNorton775 Magnesium Glycinate. It’s at the end of Dr Berg’s video. I got mine from CVS. Or you can get Dr. Berg’s brand.

I discovered the benefits of magnesium, by mistake, when I pregnant. I had struggled with insomnia for YEARS, mood swings, outbursts, anxiety! I was just a mess. But everytime I was pregnant all these issues seemed to magically disappear. I attributed it to hormonal changes during pregnancy. After I had twins half a year ago I had to continue with the supplements for a couple of months till i recovered and I found that the “calmness” “good sleep”, etc continued👀 read more about magnesium and the rest is history ❤
Which type and How much dosage you take? Plz reply ❤
I take your magnesium glycinate every night before bed. I love it! Helps me sleep easy and like a baby! Helps me not play with my phone at night, that would keep me up for no reason because I had trouble falling asleep without magnesium. Thank you!
me too i use a few of his supplements now 🙂
It’s the blue light and radiation from the phone that keeps you up on your phone. Among the flashing lights on videos to distract you. 🎉
@ yes so true!
People told me I needed more potassium because I often get leg/calf cramps. I ate a lot of bananas, but it didn’t help. I started taking magnesium and no more cramps.
Great to hear this was helpful. Here is some information! 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cydV-nZEyk4
@@Drberg Floride is not a mineral, it’s a chemical by- product for the mining industry, so why would you say such things.
@@dellpittman8941Just to let you know flouride also occurs naturally in the soil. I think he said that because so many people think Flouride is important, but it’s not.
Magnesium is also present in banana’s
@@jtk9259Also Papaya, and Blackberries.🙂🌟
I have been using Dr

Which Magnesium do you take please??
Magnesium glycinate@@essymo1100
It was mandatory that I purchased Dr. Berg’s magnesium glycinate and D3K2 liquid as I’ve been purchasing his products for 5 years. I noticed a huge difference. I work for UPS loading package cars in the morning and each person may have to load at least five package cars up to 1500 packages depending on the volume within 4 and 1/2 to 5 hours. My muscles were spasm in every day. This was a game changer on my sleep the spasm stop I was able to rest better I also Incorporated the electrolyte powder. I feel 100% better
It’s not just who makes it, it is the source of the mineral.
@@Carmen-q7i7zhe really cares to make it from real foods.
Awesome 👏 Which UPS station are you working in? I may use your testimony to get his data used in the whole company!
My aches & pains and fatigue ended when i started taking magnesium 12 months ago.
Which type and dosage plz?
@ plain magnesium 500mg. One per day.
I watched your video about black seed oil being the strongest antiinflammatory. I bought some that day and I have to say it works. I hoped it would but was sceptical also. I noticed the results in a day, I was really surprised. Thank you for all your health tips.
How much do you take?
Do you take liquid? How much black seed oil do you take?
I know nothing about taking things like this. Could you explain what you bought, how much you take the brand? Maybe cuz there’s so many brands?
@@archertja1
Two capsules per day after a meal
@@happygirlus
I take 2 capsules per day of the organic virgin cold pressed
Yes, magnesium also nourishes the nervous system (CNS) and is amazing! It’s called the king of minerals (or something like that)
Dr. Berg – I’ve been following you for about 2 yrs now. I use to have terrible lower lumbar & hip pain. I changed my diet to no (or low sugar) no processed foods, lots of butter, EVOO/Avocado oils, low carbs – Vitamin D3 + K2, Magnesium Glycinate,Scottish kelp, B1 & Norwegian Cod Liver Oil. Very little pain any more except when weather changes ❤️ Thank you!
I just wonder Why? my doctor of 23 yrs never ever mentioned this or prescribed it instead of taking me off statins for years because of muscle pain. Never sugguested it. Had to learn from U-tube doctor’s! Thanks Dr. Berg. Took him yrs for Vitamin D script. I was probably low the whole time. I chewed ice for 3 yrs, before he told me I was anemic! Make sure you have the right doctor.
Unfortunately, the healthcare system is for keeping you maintained, not curing you. No money is to be made for them.
