Well the olive oils are being diluted with the omega-6 seed oils because there is a popular demand for Olive oils now because word is gettung around.
We need to eat the Omega-3 oils for good health and try to learn how to know which Olive oils are not diluted.
Wouldn’t the label list all the oils?
@anon9362 a lower than 50% percentage of added content may not have to be listed in country of the oils origin.
Tell you what, if the olive oil burns the back of your throat then it’s real and contains oleocanthal. That’s how you’d know it’s not diluted whatsoever

Dr Berg said in another video to make sure you don’t cook or sauté with olive oil. When it’s heated, it turns into a trans fat.
Black seed oil is the only seed oil that is ok or antiinflammatory?
Does anyone cook with it, i.e., heat it up? I keep mine in the fridge and use only as medicine when necessary, i.e. short term periodic use only.
Yes, it is different. Black seed oil doesn’t come from the same kind of plant as typical “seed oils” like sunflower, canola, or soybean oil. Black seed oil is extracted from the seeds of Nigella sativa, a plant native to Southeast Asia.

In Romania most of the seed oil except the sunflower oil is made by cold press and is more expensive but is much better then the sunflower oil, and believe me I’ve visited a sunflower oil factory and I was sick after what I’ve seen in there and heard what chemicals the put in the oil

Since cutting seed oils, I’ve noticed how much more tolerant my skin is to the sun. We went hiking in Joshua Tree and I didn’t have my natural sunscreen. I was a little pink on the shoulders, but the shower didn’t burn, and it was a golden tan in the morning. That has NEVER happened in my 40 something years.
It’s a full time job being alive and sorting out what is good and bad to eat.
