Hello there! The optimal range should be between 40 to 60 NGs/mL, indicating sufficient levels of this vital nutrient. A lower level, around 20 NGs/mL, might suggest a deficiency. The recommended version is vitamin D3 K2. Here is some additional information 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAfVC4l5uZ0

I take between 6,000 to 10,000 of Vitamin D3 with K2 and Zinc. Now, just need to add magnesium as I don’t want to be diseased, sick, old, alone. That is an outcome I’m going to avoid even if it means I have to burst my wallet!

I was aching all over and my rheumatologist tested my paraprotein levels…I was diagnosed with MGUS…I had every test going as they were concerned I had a blood borne cancer…I still ached however even when those other tests came back negative. 3.5 years after the initial blood test I saw a locum haematologist at my 3 monthly blood test appt and she asked if anyone had checked my Vit D levels…I said no and she double checked all my blood tests since 2012 (it was 2016)…and my levels were exceedingly low…I was started on vit D3 the very next day! In 2013 I had to have a hip replacement for AVN…even then not one single doctor thought to check my levels. By time I was diagnosed with the deficiency, I had developed a major AI condition. My intuition has been telling me that all the things I had now developed were caused by Vit D deficiency…no one believed me! Thank you for bringing this to everyone’s attention! ❤

I had been having a rough year and since last December until October I had gotten sick 4/5 times which was abnormal since growing up I’d only catch a mild cold during winter and have had a fever twice. I’m a 21 yo thin female so I had thought of myself as a fairly healthy person. On Halloween of this year I had a horrible random ulcer on the left bottom side of my mouth. I went to the dentist and basically told them how I also had a couple of ulcers mostly in the front of my mouth usually caused by biting my lip. They told me I needed vitamin D since my immune system was so weak (I had explained to them how many times I’d gotten sick). The worse pain of my life honestly, I’ve since been reflecting on how bad my health had been for most of 2024- including mild depression.

  19. @esther4557 on December 6, 2024 at 2:30 pm

This explains why I was constantly getting sick at least 5x in between 6 months. It was horrible
