    Never used these oils
We used olive oil and butter. It’s what chefs use and delicious.

    • @SunshineBlossom-x3e on December 12, 2024 at 4:42 am

Butter is high in saturated fat.

    • @GinaLola on December 12, 2024 at 5:03 am

@SunshineBlossom-x3e  Butter mixed with olive oil and I’m not saying a huge amount of butter; allows the olive oil to have more resilience to higher heat cooking. But don’t take my word for it research it for yourself. And no oil compairs to olive oil for good health and it tastes wonderful. I would not attempt deep fat frying with olive oil mixed with butter. Figured I best add that last bit.

If you were american you would be saying avocado oil is best even price wise and quantity but these oils are not soo affordable and quantity wise not good long run so it’s fair to use regional oil ( which is healthy if it’s not processed/packed oil )

    • @GinaLola on December 14, 2024 at 5:23 pm

@NewstatePlayer100  No to the question about ethnicity. I use coconut oil for my illness but my regular in the past and still favored, olive oil and butter – together, and when cooking something for my daughter. Olive oil is a health food, some consider it a super food. But use what you will. As for me if I couldn’t use olive oil or coconut oil, I’d wet fry. I did that very thing yesterday when making cream of celery soup which called for heavy garlic and onions. It works very well.

As in Olive oil, mixing olives from many countries, where you can’t trace the sources, is not the best.
