Which oil do you dr. Berg recommend for, for example, roasting meat, etc.?
I use lard or duck fat, you can also use ghee or bacon grease
Mieso smarzy sie na tluszczu zwierzecym. A jajka i nalesniki na gi. Czyli maslo klarowane
Avocado 🥑 oil… read about it or coconut 🥥 oils the rest is not good for frying
Olive oil is for salads etc but not for frying
Avocado and olive oil are the best. Or use animal fat such as lard or beef tallow
Tallow 🎉
It’s all in Fast Food and Restaurant food !
That’s why I eat at home. Olive and avocado oil.
And supermarket products.
@@elainegoad9777 yep, fix your own stuff at home as we do, only with olive oil or avocado oil.
@@emir5146 most supermarkets are 90% candy hidden in supposedly healthy food and 10% actual food
@@Ellieaaarggghhh yep
Thank you, Dr. Berg!
Welcome! Anytime!
Insulin in tiny amounts could block your ability to lose weight……..You got to keep this in your mind.
Sadly these oils are everywhere in every restaurant, unless ur completely dedicated to avoiding them then you shouldnt eat out, ever
Yes, that is the case in restaurants, and almost all ready-made food. It is safest and healthiest to just make your own with wholesome ingredients.
@@Drberghydrogenated oils!!!
@@DrbergWe do that but still eat out twice a week and avoid fries and burger joints 99% of the time.
@@Drberg you should also mention that the temperature is a main factor… Never overheat any oil or fat.

Thank you! I’m so glad we have you to keep us informed! I love me an awakened doctor!
You’re absolutely welcome!

@@Drberg may I ask a question, I usually use animal fat to cook my food from animal skin.
Is it okay to use or there are pro and con between plant oil and animal fat.💬
Bless you and your family Dr. Thank you
Really appreciated. Thanks for watching!
@@Drbergis fast food still ok to eat?
So which oil is the best and what do you use Dr. Berg?
Olive oil , coconut oil, grass fed beef tallow
Good fats:
• Cod liver oil
• Avocado oil
• Lard (wild boar)
• Tallow (grass-fed bison, beef, or lamb)
• Camel fat
• Butter (grass-fed, organic, and raw if possible)
• Ghee
• Olive oil (extra virgin olive oil)
• Palm oil (environmentally friendly versions)
• Coconut oil
Gil say the research shows that seed oils are good for your health.
I try to keep them to a minimum though. Man made, processed in a large factory, major red flag.😮
Thank you!! @Drberg i was wondering if ghee would be ok, and what type of brand for lard do you recommend?
@@DrbergDoctor what about peanut oil, sesame oil and safflower oil? Please reply. Thanks in advance.
Dr Berg, can you please do a video on the effects of beer and other alcohol on the body? Also in that video, would you explain why an alcoholic beverage can cause much weight gain even though it says zero carbs. People need this information about the damaging effects. Thank you for all your videos!
❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🥳🥳🥳🥳❤️❤️❤️🦸🦸🦸🤠💯💯💯💯 👍 Agree. Yes please, can you also make a video of all the natural ways to reverse or help prevent heal from getting liver scerosis 🙏🙏🦸
Never used these oils
We used olive oil and butter. It’s what chefs use and delicious.
Butter is high in saturated fat.
@SunshineBlossom-x3e Butter mixed with olive oil and I’m not saying a huge amount of butter; allows the olive oil to have more resilience to higher heat cooking. But don’t take my word for it research it for yourself. And no oil compairs to olive oil for good health and it tastes wonderful. I would not attempt deep fat frying with olive oil mixed with butter. Figured I best add that last bit.
What chefs are you referring too? I want to go where they cook..😁
@@GinaLolawhy so bais towards olive is that because you’re European? Or middle eastern because there other oil as well Peanut coconut sesame mustard and more
If you were american you would be saying avocado oil is best even price wise and quantity but these oils are not soo affordable and quantity wise not good long run so it’s fair to use regional oil ( which is healthy if it’s not processed/packed oil )
@NewstatePlayer100 No to the question about ethnicity. I use coconut oil for my illness but my regular in the past and still favored, olive oil and butter – together, and when cooking something for my daughter. Olive oil is a health food, some consider it a super food. But use what you will. As for me if I couldn’t use olive oil or coconut oil, I’d wet fry. I did that very thing yesterday when making cream of celery soup which called for heavy garlic and onions. It works very well.
Had no idea thank you Dr. Berg. I stopped using canola oil several months ago and switched to pure unrefined olive oil since.
No more seed oils. I got rid of them months ago only version olive oil for cooking and for salads.. thank you Dr. Berg for reiterating a great nutritional warning and a great learning point💪🏻😎👍
@@unaffiliatedconservative Extra virgin olive oil is less processed than regular olive oil and retains more of its natural nutrients and antioxidants
You are very welcome!
I hate the taste of olive oil. What to do???
@@devamail1coconutoil or mct
@@Ellieaaarggghhhbut cold use only
I only have Olive Oil and Coconut always used them
Don’t forget avocado oil specially for cooking
Yes, Avocado oil, but Chosen and Primal Kitchen are reportedly the purest.
Some brands mix different oils.
As in Olive oil, mixing olives from many countries, where you can’t trace the sources, is not the best.
✌
Coconut is the best. Think about it the Islanders who always ate coconuts who won dying of heart attacks and strokes and all.
We use EVO and Avocado oil.
But if you eat restaurant food and any kind of processed foods (chips, crackers, snack bars, cookies, bread, frozen meals, dressings, mayo, sauces, etc.) then you’re getting see seed oils from all of them.
THANKS FOR SHARING BLESSING 🙏♥️🙏♥️🙏♥️🙏
“Watch part 2 to find out which foods mess with the liver” would have been the chosen route for most but not you Dr. Eric Berg. That’s why you’re well respected universally. Thanks for all the information, I learn so much from you
Really appreciate your kind message. Glad the information helps. Thanks for the support!
Olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, ghee, grass fed butter, tallow 👍 ❤
Seed oil 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎
Please cook with either Avocado Oil or Coconut Oil as these are better oils for handling high temps for heat! Use Olive Oil for salad dressings or ingesting with some fresh squeezed Lemon juice and a small amount of Cayenne Pepper! Nutritious and healthy for our bodies! I hope this helps someone! 🙏❤️🙏
Yes. I been doing this.
