I used to beg my mother to not buy country crock, she did, decades later I begged my wife to not buy country crock and stop using aluminum skillets. She finally gave n when a friend told her to not use aluminum and when Dr’s on YouTube started saying margarine was bad. It’s like I have never had a voice

You’re not alone brother. I don’t know what it is about women, but they never listen to those close to them.. then when strangers tell them the thing you’ve been saying all along, do you get an apology? Ha, not a chance

    • @Roopa-ep9bt on April 3, 2025 at 9:22 am

@@discipuloschristi6787hey you can’t judge all women not everybody is like that if you have a problem with a person you should solve it with them but do not mention women it’s plural form

    • @maryfolks9368 on April 3, 2025 at 9:47 am

Ha ha ha….sorry, some of us are stubborn. But atleast now you can say “I told you so” 😂

    • @petraaskaran672 on April 3, 2025 at 10:05 am

This is the same with my mom and I. Begged her for years to stop using certain things, and she only listened to other people. I’m her first child, but whatever. I feel you ❤

    • @rashoff on April 3, 2025 at 10:18 am

Same with the women in my family. They use margarine over butter, mom uses corn oil, the whole 9

  3. @Crownd1_ on April 3, 2025 at 9:21 am

Is it true that margarine was actually made to fatten beef cattle? The cattle wouldn’t eat it so they fed it to humans. 🙏🇺🇲✌️😎

I noticed that I sleep better when I go to sleep hungry. I also think taking 2 vitamin B1 , nutritional yeast is helpful with sleeping better

    • @TheresaGovender on April 3, 2025 at 11:21 am

      What are the foods

    • @baramos8 on April 3, 2025 at 12:08 pm

Amen brother! The truth shall set you free!

  8. @catbb1000 on April 3, 2025 at 11:24 am

Best thing that ever happened to me was becoming allergic to soy. Although it’s a pain to have to read labels I haven’t bought margarine for 16 years. Fun fact: margarine was invented to feed to turkeys to fatten them up. They wouldn’t eat it so add yellow dye and serve to humans.

    • @larsencarson5465 on April 3, 2025 at 6:05 pm

does soy make you itch all over?

    • @catbb1000 on April 3, 2025 at 7:08 pm

@larsencarson5465  No it made me very gassy and bloated I also had a constant mild fatigue.

I’m going to send this to a very stubborn/ignorant friend that loves French fries, smoke ,drink and has heart issues. Thank you Dr Eric 💙

  10. @miltonbates6425 on April 3, 2025 at 11:44 am

Avoid seed oils at all costs.

    • @Samu-x4s on April 3, 2025 at 4:16 pm

Its kinda hard, my parents use them. I use butter if i fry eggs or i might just eat butter

  11. @AMin-zn1br on April 3, 2025 at 11:58 am

According to what I studied in school they said margarine has double bonds so it’s easier to break down in the body so instead of butter eat margarine. I dunno why I even went to school for freaking 12
years cause it seems like 70% stuff I learned in school was not true.

    • @lke4907 on April 3, 2025 at 2:49 pm

It’s called mass brainwashing, not school.

    • @edheldude on April 3, 2025 at 3:09 pm

It was propaganda. What school was this?

  12. @punkrockgeography on April 3, 2025 at 12:42 pm

Keep telling the truth, this is awesome.

    • @viliamsinka5379 on April 3, 2025 at 5:40 pm

The “truth” is changing every ten years…

  13. @nahlabella4857 on April 3, 2025 at 1:02 pm

One of the things I like about this man. He is smart and he’s not afraid to tell the truth.

  14. @di4085 on April 3, 2025 at 1:03 pm

Back in the 80s they used to say butter is not good for you use margarine. Then they said too many eggs a week is not good for you use only the whites not the yolks. Then they said butter was good for you. You know what I switched back to butter and stayed with butter. Unfortunately some margarine tastes really good but it’s deceiving people.

    • @merymoor on April 3, 2025 at 2:17 pm

Hi Dr. Berg. Ever since I watched your videos, there’s been a huge change in my grocery shopping lists almost everything is organic in one of my store there’s even a brand that is called Organic Girl. Anyway I was wondering if you can enlighten me about the organic cheese lable reading what shouldn’t be there, I remember you mentioned in one video that just bc it says organic on the lable it doesn’t make it right. Thank you.

    • @mike856ms on April 3, 2025 at 2:36 pm

In the ’80s when I was growing up as a teenager I was told by relatives including my maternal grandmother to not eat peanut butter. I was told that it was caustic and that it would cause cancer. Nowadays I eat peanut butter about three times a day. Of course I only eat the all-natural with just peanuts and a little bit of salt no sugar

    • @esthersdaughterlong8149 on April 3, 2025 at 3:00 pm

      So true.

  15. @richardscott2235 on April 3, 2025 at 1:48 pm

Against the tide, we gradually understand that if its man-made, especially if you struggle to pronounce its label, don’t eat it. Period.❤

  16. @fathertime209 on April 3, 2025 at 2:06 pm

If they’re hidden in our foods and under 500 mg, what type of foods are they in primarily? Which foods should we avoid? Thank you for what you do, we truly appreciate you…

  17. @roberture5903 on April 3, 2025 at 2:15 pm
