Anyone here giving freeze-dried mushrooms to their kitties?
you are internet hero! thx
which one gives high?
Thank you.
Another one I’ll add is the Enoki mushroom, they’re long and skinny and get stuck in your teeth but they have the anti-cancer properties too. Another one I like is the King Trumpet, largest of the Oyster mushroom family. If you happen to have an Asian grocery close they’ll have most of these mentioned.
I take 10 mushrooms in gummy form, you can really see the benefits of it.
Why do they delete your post?
Probably so it doesnt become a means for people to exploit others
@Mary-Sol Del Campo competition, they don’t want other products to be advertised on their channel and it’s completely understandable, I tried saying it in a way it would not involve advertising at all yet they deleted the comment.
Mushrooms 🍄 in gummy form !? I never heard of it ..
@El Newbie Thank you for your answer. It is silly to erase info as I will find it no matter what. 😊
This is very interesting info! Thank you Dr. Berg!
Is there some special way these mushrooms should be prepared, or should they be eaten raw?
☝️ look up to that handle,

If the world had more people like you , it would be a better place . You make a difference , herbalist owobu thank you for curing my HSV2 and introducing your medical products to the worlds
I have been cancer free for three years now. Without a doubt, the biggest improvements to my health have come from what I have learned here from dr.berg. I have implemented the diet used by guy tannenbaum, and fast 20 hours daily. I continue with a very active lifestyle of long distance cycling and yoga, and feel completely energized. I have also learned to forage natural reishi, turkey tail and chaga mushrooms from the forest here in British Columbia. I consume them daily, primarily in tea, and I notice a significant reduction in inflammation. Highly recommend. Thank you dr. Berg, your message has changed my life!
@YASH AR I had a stage 3 sarcoma tumour removed surgically. No chemo, or radiation was indicated by the oncology team.
Look up Paul Stamets and what he said about turkey tail mushrooms anti-cancer benefits, pretty good stuff.
I’ve started learning about grounding, as well. Maybe that could help you with inflammation which can result in cancer. Just saying…
@D Class B which brands. Thanks.
May I ask how old are you?
I am really struggling with staying on keto I lost 25 pounds a few years ago but gained it all back and a few more after going thru menopause. I know it is a mental thing but I also feel like I need biscuits or crackers in the morning for my stomach with my medicine I feel slightly nauseous and I keep blowing it… I want to do better!
You may not be able to do full keto dealing with menopause. Be gentle with yourself, just focus on the intermittent fasting, but don’t push yourself too hard. Don’t do it every day. Do low carb but don’t push yourself to do an all or nothing-it could trigger a stress reaction and make menopause more difficult. I am a big fan of keto and intermittent fasting, but just sharing what I’ve learned.
Maybe drop more carbs and go full carnivore?
Make your own keto “crackers or biscuits”. Dr. Berg has a recipe for cheddar biscuits that’s awesome! Find alternatives and you’ll stick with it. 💪
Great video! Thanks Doc! Happy New Year!
dr berg can you please make recipes for salad dressings and is there a good type of vegetable oil that isn’t bad for you
Any Cold pressed oil is good for you. So called vegetable oils come from heating and extracting processes……sometimes even involves extraction by chemical solvents. Yes sure they gave name Vegetable Oil to make people feel good.
Olive oil, avocado oil.
I use coconut, olive oil, and avocado oil
Get a high quality olive oil and mix in a bit of balsamic or red wine vinegar and herbs and salt. You could also blend in some yogurt or kefir for a creamy dressing.
I love mushrooms. I hunt for wild mushrooms in the forest, amazing benefits.
Just curious on mushrooms for people with mold and lyme illness. The FMD suggests not to take mushrooms if you have mold illness.
Idk what mold illness is but fungus is not mold.
@Kathy Jaguar 🙌🏽
@Kathy Jaguar mold is a fungal growth
You’re really going to leave out cordyceps? Definitely my favorite out of all the medicinal shrooms. I have tried them all and usually always have one or two in my rotation. Currently using a cordyceps extract and a reishi extract. Both are extremely effective.
What is it good for exactly?
Cordyceps is my favourite by far…seems to be good for everything and gives you energy and heightened consciousness
Does it help libido?
I worked in a health store for a while before the pandemic, and starting taking a wide range of suppements. It’s often very difficult (or near impossible) to tell eactly what they’re doing until you stop taking them. Personally, I found lion’s mane to be undeniably beneficial. The level of focus I achieve while taking them is unmatched, and found myself wanting to read, or paint, or play music- anything creative. It’s the only food proven to stimulate neurogenesis, and now being considered in helping those with MS and other neurological disorders. I also noticed with cordyceps, I was able to do twice the distance in running (due to the increase of V02). Mushrooms are so powerful. They’re not cheap, but it’s worth the investment imo
What V Betta said/asked.
What brand lions mane if a supplement?
@V Betta search Malaysian company called DXN. they have wide range of mushroom supplements including lion’s mane and rishi. I have been taking their supplements for couple of months now and it made a difference.
I’ve heard blueberries can stimulate neurogenesis as well
I was going to write you that you should try combine LM with Cordyceps but there you go 😁
what this man does for humanity is absolutely insane. the amount of work he puts into his videos is insane. I love his content so much that I catch myself watching his videos in my free time and also when I’m actually supposed to be doing something else. his knowledge is huge and he can explain it to us in such a satisfying and understandable way, it’s amazing. he was just born to be a doctor. I’m so happy that I have found him, no idea where I would’ve been if I didn’t find this channel years ago. I’ve been following him and his content is NEVER disappointing. he’s so down-to-earth, humble and genuine. If he was my teacher, I would actually love school. school would be interesting and actually educational I’m so thankful for this man with my whole heart. thank you dr berg.
Since switching to mushroom coffee, I have definitely noticed a bunch of benefits. Thanks for doing this video. I see that I don’t have Lions Mane and will add that to my stack. Thanks for all of the info, Dr. Berg!
Yes!! Fungi are more closely related to animals than plants!! That is why vegans and vegetarians do somewhat okay on their diet😄 Ah, and I think that the algae are also more closely related to animals than plants.
This channel has grown. I remember when there was 600K subscribers !
Yay! Thank you for doing this segment . I drink reishi every night and chaga every morning . Both Home brewed. If I could figure out how to brew a tasty lions main I’d do that . Thanks Dr. Berg!
Love the channel, thanks doc. At our home we use Stamets 7, It’s an excellent balance of 7 essential mushrooms including the ones in this video. Since we have added that to our routine, my wife has noticed major improvements with her ADHD among other things. I highly recommend adding the mushrooms to your regiment of supplements. It has done wonders for our family.

I LOVED THIS! Thank you! Great Video! 👍👍❤
Can you possibly do a video on Amanita Muscaria (the red mushroom with white polka-dots)? I know it’s a huge topic & also not technically for consumption. Labeled poisonous, but not actually poisonous. It has many health benefits, inside and outside the body! Even for just topical use though, it’s amazing! 🍄
