Please join me in welcoming Dr. William Davis, author of “Super Gut” and pioneer in research about the most important microbe called L. reuteri.

Rats given L. reuteri stayed young, active, and slender, and their fur remained thick and healthy as they aged. Their immune systems were amplified, and wound healing time was cut in half. Increased testosterone and growth hormone were observed in elderly mice, and the thymus was restored to its original size. Dr. Davis has seen all of these amazing benefits in humans!

Many people are missing this microbe! L. reuteri, like other Lactobacillus species, are very susceptible to antibiotics. Dr. Davis estimates that 96% of the population is missing L. reuteri, a major factor in the SIBO epidemic.

L. reuteri is a keystone microbe, which is important for the entire body’s ecosystem. It’s been found to increase the hormone oxytocin, traditionally regarded as the hormone of love and empathy. Oxytocin also influences body composition.

Many people experience increased muscle mass after consuming L. reuteri, which can be very beneficial in combating age-related muscle loss and many other side effects of aging.

You can make your own L. reuteri “yogurt” for its amazing benefits!

The first day I used this, a pain I’d had for sooooo many years disappeared. The pain was located under the right rib cage. Also a friend I gave it to had a massive change with a vaginal problem which was being addressed by the medical establishment with no results. This is after one small cup. Amazing. Thank you Dr Berg and Dr Davis for caring and sharing ❤

So, I have to say something and people i pray believe this. My husband and I are on wk 4 of this L reuteri yogurt. My husband was very very sick. Now, he’s tinkering around the house, has little projects. He’s not a lead foot while driving, he’s happy and his body is healing. The coloring has come back to his face, etc etc…..my appetite has slowed down, my sleep is MUCH better, my digestive tract is back to normal. I have NO SIBO….this “yogurt” has saved our lives. I’m a healthcare provider in gastroenterology. I talk about diet (whole food low carb/keto/carnivore), avoiding grains, consuming fermented foods, taking probiotics. The majority of my patients look at me like I’m crazy and I’ve had some not want to see me anymore because they don’t think it’s their lifestyle causing their issues. The majority of my patients want a medication to help with their symptoms, which is usually a bandaid, and does not address the root cause. I’m strongly considering going back to school for functional medicine.

I started making this following Dr Davis’ recipe. I am 74 and let’s just say…
I “was” anything but regular. As a matter of fact, things were getting both
worse and very concerning. Used a natural laxative from Global Healing
called Oxy-Powder. It would help for a day but things would get right back
to my “old” normal. When I first started consuming this “culture” things started
improving within 24 hours. Now I can say I am at the 70% level of improvement
and still improving. I must add: I feel much better overall. Needless to say –
I am very grateful for Dr Davis’ work and teachings. He, along with Dr. Berg
    are gifts to this planet.
There are a lot of YouTube videos that demo how to make this. Watch as many
as you can, make the investment and the probability of a positive result will
    be high.

You both are angels on earth ❤️

    • @skipmcelhenny7325 on February 9, 2025 at 6:31 pm

@@teresahothatsshields Your bowel movement frequency is mainly about what you’re consuming, apart from the yogurt. If it’s plant based, you’ll be moving a lot, because most plant based foods are waste, and will thus come out as such. If it’s all meat or animal based, you most likely won’t have a consistent bowel movement. That’s because the animal based foods get assimilated into your cells, tissue, organs, and muscles, and there’s not much waste to expel. Of course, everyone is different. There are those carnivores who have movements daily, I’m sure.

    • @amelioratepsych on February 9, 2025 at 9:06 pm

The claim made in the post has some elements of truth but oversimplifies the relationship between diet and bowel movements. Here are some key points to consider:

      1. **Plant-Based Diets and Fiber**: Plant-based foods are generally high in dietary fiber, which is not fully digested by the body. Fiber adds bulk to stool and helps regulate bowel movements, often leading to more frequent and consistent bowel movements. This is why people who consume a lot of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains may experience more regular bowel movements.

      2. **Animal-Based Diets**: Diets high in animal products, such as meat, dairy, and eggs, tend to be lower in fiber. This can result in less frequent bowel movements for some people. However, it’s not accurate to say that animal-based foods are entirely assimilated into the body without waste. The body still produces waste from the digestion of proteins and fats, though the volume may be less compared to a high-fiber diet.

It’s mandatory like it’s also kinda upsetting to my family when anyone one of us do not finish off a meal without curd or buttermilk .
To add more to this .. pickles are a major part of our food culture .. we have side dishes added to our food which help in digestion and maintain that good gut that we keep taking about. Fasting also is a major part as well.. when I was younger I used to be really annoyed with my mom because she used to fast ..she used to have the best skin and still does .. she used to heal real fast ..things have changed now but .NOW I fast at least 2 times a week .. and I see so many positive changes . ❤sorry for such a long comment haha ..❤❤❤
