Drinking kefir offers benefits like improved digestion from beneficial probiotics, enhanced bone health due to calcium, stronger immunity, and potential support for heart health by lowering blood pressure and cholesterol. It can also help manage blood sugar, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, and may be helpful for people with lactose intolerance.

Long Walks in nature every day . Sleep is reflection on how the day was spent . Eliminate sugar and grains for anxiety. Eat meat, vegetables and berries. Don’t eat three hours before bed. Take 400 mg magnesium glycinate before bed. Omega 3s during the day.

I NEVER HAD A HEART ATTACK! I COULDN’T BREATHE, LITERALLY, COULDN’T BREATHE! I WOULD BE GASPING FOR AIR AND I WOULD HAVE TO SIT DOWN FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES AND COME TO A RESTING HEART RATE.
I WENT TO A NEW GENERAL PRACTITIONER, I WAS THERE FIFTEEN MINUTES AND SHE ASKED IF I HAD TIME TO GO DOWN THE ROAD TO A CARDIOLOGIST. I SAID SURE AND IN HIS OFFICE, HE HAD HIS NURSE TAKE ME IN A WHERLCHAIR DOWN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. THEY STARTED RUNNING TESTS AND ADMITTED ME TO THE HOSPITAL. THE NEXT MORNING, I WAS ROLLED INTO THE OR AND VERY SHORTLY THEY TOOK ME OUT AND SAID THAT HE COULDN’T DO STENTS. AS IT TURNED OUT I HAD 90 PER CENT BLOCKAGE IN FOUR ARTERIES. NEXT MORNING, THE HEART SURGEON DID MY QUAD BYPASS. I KNEW I DIDN’T FEEL WELL.

    • @regnorse on October 13, 2025 at 12:53 pm

wow glad you caught that in time, Did you ever find out how those arteries became so clogged?

Grief has taken a toll on my husband and I. Trauma of losing 3 family members tragically. It’s been 5 years now. We were healthy and energetic before, per our age, 76, 79. I wasn’t sleeping well until recently. I’ve been listening to Dr Berg and trying all his suggestions. Vitamins and supplements. along with improving our protein intake. The dr just thinks we’re deficient in the usual lineup of pharmaceuticals. Nothing there for a grieving heart. The most important thing we do is pray and read the Bible every day. Strength and comfort from the source of life. Thank you Dr Berg and God bless us all.
