Problem is, if I only drink when I’m thirsty, I’d probably only have 32 oz. of water per day. I doubt that’s enough?

Conventional chickens are too rich in omega 6 and toxins. Organic, pasture raised chickens 🐓 are much lower in omega 6, much richer in omega 3 and other nutrients. Very delicious 😋 and healthy.

I can never seem to get into ketosis. I’m so frustrated because. I understand that ketosis is beneficial for brain health which is the reason I’m attempting this. I’m also vegan. On occasion I’ve added meat, but I’m just repulsed and consider , that I may be jeopardizing the lower cholesterol levels I achieved while plant-based…. Even though it appears that even historical elevated cholesterol levels etc are now questioned.
You can achieve ketosis with fasting. Low carb veggies, olive oil. But if you’re following a whole foods plant based diet that’s not grain but vegetable based, you’re doing great! 🙂
