1990’s I read an article about osteoporosis .They mentioned about a woman in her 20’s that fall and got a bone fracture because of wrong diets and crash diets .I then thought if a person can get osteoporosis at such young age because of wrong diets , you not necessarily have to develop osteoporosis or boneloss at an older age

    Doctor Berg,
“Good morning.” Thank you for your dedication.
    Autism !!!
My husband and I have eight children. Four of these, from birth, are on the spectrum to varying degrees. Both my husband and i were born in Australia, my husband, in 1947, I in 1959. This was a time period of good health, and “fast food” was not really an option for most families. I breastfed my babies on demand for a minimum of 18 months to two years, and as a full-time mother, I gave my growing children a good health balanced diet, with lots of outdoor fun, sailing, waterskiing, tennis, fishing…
I can’t see how brain inflammation, in our case, be attributed in part to diet ? Some blame Autism on government compulsory childhood inoculation. But why do only four of our eight children have Autism ? 🙃…
    Lots and lots of ????????????????????????????

I average 20-24 hours before my blood sugar levels return to 100 after eating strict Keto. Is that normal or still insulin resistant?
