    Hello, Dr. Berg. I have been suffering from health issues from 2021 when I caught COVID. Then, I met with an accident on left back portion of my head. The issues seem to be on digestive tract. It feels like the entire GI tract shifts leftward. I can’t even breath. I also get a feeling that something moves at the back of my head, and two sides of my ears. Have consulted many doctors. Disease is undiagnosed. Should I go for a brain MRI scan, or Pet Scan for diagnosing any neuro disorder . Please help. Sometimes I can’t even walk. My legs ache and feel heavy

    37:00 🇩🇪 that’s me thanks for the opportunity of being able to ask you personal questions, I will now adjust my diet according to what you told me… also I would love if you also make videos for my age and athletes most videos are for overweight or older people lol.

    What I eat daily is…
    1) 6 in the Morning Breakfast: 3 Eggs, a bowl of salad that contains Avocado, Rucola, Tomato and small portions of Chia seeds, Sunflower seeds sprinkled on top.
    – Eggs are organic pasture raised
    – cooked with grass fed butter
    2) 12 in the afternoon Lunch: Burger Patty, Sauerkraut & Sweet Potato
    – Burger is from grass fed beef and cooked with olive oil, butter and rosemary oil
    – Sweet potato baked in the oven with ginger
    3) 6 in the evening Dinner: Salmon, Asparagus, and small portion of Rice
    – Salmon is Atlantic caught from Norway, I live in Germany by the way 😁
    – I change the Salmon with a Can of Cod liver Atlantic caught from Russia to Germany twice a week, I couldn’t buy the one you consume because they don’t ship to Germany 🫤

    I also consume Supplements from your Store
    1. D3 & K2, 10,000 IUs with Breakfast
    2. Trace Minerals, one serving size with after Lunch
    3. Hair Formula, one serving size with after Dinner

    What I drink between during the day / in between the meals…
    1. Green and lemon Tea
    2. Stinging Neetle and Fennel seed Tea
    3. Spring and carbonated Pellegrino water
    I am avoiding sugarized drinks and Seed oils…

    For the potassium supplement question, outside of Dr Bergs electrolyte drink mix I couldn’t really find any high potassium supplement. So I bought a huge bag of bulk potassium citrate off Amazon and add 1000 milligrams to an electrolyte drink powder which is sodium based. It can also be put in food, while it tastes crappy by itself I don’t really notice it in stuff outside of a “softening” of the taste, if that makes sense.

    I occasionally drink alcohol and was having really bad hangovers. Adding the potassium has gotten rid of about 80% of the hangover and it’s probably about as bad now as when I was a young man. So I must have been low potassium and the alcohol really put me over the edge. Haven’t really noticed any other noticable benefits, but that was enough to convince me to get that 1000 milligrams each day.

      @@experimenthealthyketo83 Thanks, I don’t have cravings. Keto got rid of any of that, it’s just a weekly league activity that I enjoy doing with some alcohol.

      Getting the right amount and proportions of salts is the one thing I have found tricky on keto. Stevia probably doesn’t help either being a dieretic.

    Hello Dr Berg last year in October I had a surgery I got infected and I had to have high doses of antibiotics until the beginning of the year I’m glad I listened to this video even though it’s almost a week later I did take your liquid probiotic and I drink kefir with my antibiotics I didn’t eat much except the kefir and it was full fat this must be why I’m having a lot of bloody with my salads and vegetables I do take your digestive formula and gallbladder water with lemon and apple cider vinegar appreciate all you do thank you
