Nothing will change
I know this and have tried many things. .
What helps me best is when I notice that I’m not feeling well,
that there is something I’m running from or an emotion I’m trying to get rid of.
These are just states or feelings that we don’t want to have and then try to suppress or get rid of.
Getting rid of it or wanting to have it gone doesn’t work so well.
Because it’s already there 🙂
And there’s a reason why it’s there…
Now I realize that there is something that I want to get rid of or that I am running away from and then I may feel an emotion in my body or a reaction is triggered by the emotion or the awareness and letting the emotion exist and then I feel better..
As I said, it’s actually just a matter of recognizing that.
That I’m trying to get rid of something or that there’s a feeling that I’m running away from and allowing it to be there.
Don’t get rid of this anymore, that’s the solution.

I’ve been Fasting Every Day for 7 months…😃…! 208 days for me losing weight today. Lost (2 1/2) 5 Gallon Buckets worth of Fat so far…😃…! I’m eating 99% Meat🥩. I’ve gone from a 48 waist to a 29″ Waist. I’m Eating ‘One Meal A Day'(OMAD)(23.5 hr Fasting)😃 🥩Meat & 200-400 gr Unpasteurized Raw Sauerkraut is my only food for the day & it fixed my severe stomach issue! Visceral Fat going away,Fatty liver/psoriasis gone,Improved mental Clarity,Sharper Eyesight & Floaters gone,healthy gums,Stomach healed etc…😃…! Ugh. I missed this. Dr Berg. Ive been following your keto for 6 months now. I just got a physical and my hdl is way too high. I guess ive been eating too much fat. Im getting off red meat and butter for awhile. Any other suggestions?
Study the subject of cholesterol and what it does within the body. Your liver spends lot of time and resources making cholesterol.
If you type words like LDL, the different types of LDL, ect, in the search 🔎 area of this channel, you will find videos Dr Berg made to help with these situations. If you want to avoid yt ads, go on his website instead.
Also, I’m on my spiritual, healing journey and fasting the right way is part of that journey. I thought I would share that for the spiritual people out there is not just about losing weight that’s a bonus. It’s about being healthy.

Arsenic is everywhere. It came down from Viet Nam thru the ocean currents resulting from the Viet Nam war – where we used biological warfare. It follows the western coastline of the Americas and ends up aroung Argentina – even south pole. So it gets in the rainwater and drops down thru USA, South AMerican etc. Especially strong in rice. Might be good to limit rice. Rice grows with the water sitting on top of it.
Thus tends to have more arsenic than other plants.

Your assistant makes too many mistakes. If he getting paid and work with you more than 6 months, I would let him go and find someone who does job better or find another person and rotate them weekly to see who does a better job.

I was hoping Dr. Berg would address the autophagy/cancer confusion in this live stream. Patiently waiting for his response to the NUMEROUS followers absolutely confused by his recent video on autophagy.
Some of his videos are seemingly disappearing especially when C is mentioned.
L-Carnasine slows down the absorbtion of zinc, which helps heal the esophagus from ulcers. Also too much Zinc can aggravate arthritus. Recommend no more than 75mg a day. I would luv to hear ur take on this Dr. Berg.
He answers some of this in some videos on zinc in relation with copper.
When one is in glucogenic, those people won’t tolerate sunlight because they are in hibernating mode (i.e. should stay inside the cave). Ketogenic = active mode and can tolerate the sunlight – no skin cancer. It is not a good idea to not be active when in glucogenic (hibernating mode).

Dr.Berg, I have a question! First of all, tha k you for everything! I have followed your keto diet for 3 months and I have achieved all my weight goals,but when i checked my cholesterol after, the LDL(bad cholesterol) , the number was very very high. How can i tackle this and how can i carry on with keto but also tackle my cholesterol being so high? Or is this normal? The value of my LDL was 200 , which by the reference of whete I took the test is very high! The HDL was 63 which is good.
I am having vegetables and greens and salad with every meal. Basically i am following your programme exactly how you suggested. Thank you for your response
