The Blacklisted Vitamin (That Harvard Banned)

There is much controversy about how much vitamin D a person should take daily. Because vitamin D competes directly with Big Pharma, accurate information is often difficult to find. In this video, I’ll uncover some of the facts surrounding the controversy behind vitamin D3.

Dr. Cicero Interview:

DATA:

Did you know that many conditions treated by Big Pharma can be inexpensively corrected with vitamin D?

Leo Pharma and Almirall are two pharmaceutical companies that specialize in dermatology. Many of their products contain synthetic vitamin D for skin problems. Coincidentally, these companies also played a role in the sun-phobia movement.

The sun is one of the best remedies for skin problems like eczema and psoriasis.

You need at least 10,000 IUs of vitamin d3 every day to maintain healthy vitamin D levels!

Sunbathing was once popular worldwide and was used to prevent tuberculosis and various health conditions. However, after the development of antibiotics, its popularity drastically declined.

Dr. William Grant has done extensive research on vitamin D. He explains that 84,532 papers have been published on vitamin D, the most studied bioactive molecule. Despite the evidence, there is still controversy regarding the health benefits of vitamin D.

Tens of thousands of research studies have been conducted on the benefits of vitamin D for cancer. Big Pharma has influenced studies that discredit the benefits of vitamin D. Only small amounts of vitamin D were used in most studies that do not show favorable outcomes with vitamin D.

Dr. Cicero Coimbra, who developed the Coimbra protocol, has seen a 90% success rate in using vitamin D for autoimmune diseases. Some people have vitamin D resistance, which involves a genetic problem with vitamin D. Blood tests can not accurately determine vitamin D deficiency.

It is vital to keep your vitamin D levels over 50 ng/mL to avoid vitamin D deficiency.

Cholesterol isn’t the bad guy – and now vitamin D is being misunderstood too. Maybe it’s time we take a hard look at our entire healthcare system.

In February this year here in Norway, all big brands recalled their eggs because they were “toxic”. What is the toxicity, you might ask? Bird flu? No, no… They gave their chicken “TOO MUCH VITAMIN D”, so the eggs had to be returned by the customers and destroyed. Suffice to say, I ate all the ones I had bought.

My doctor was alarmed and said “you are near disease level” He gave me high amounts of vitamin D for three weeks. I eat a keto/low carb diet and oddly enough I never got the VID let alone the sniffles lol. I remember seeing California telling people they couldn’t go to the beach and had to stay locked down and knew something was massively off about that at the gut level. Turns out all the doctors who were being censored for saying to eat vitamin c, and get plenty of sunlight were 100% correct.

I’m a 59 yr old woman and you changed my life!! I take meds that I can’t sit in the sun because I burn to blisters in 20 minutes. I have several autoimmune diseases that are very painful so much that they’re life changing for me. I decided to get a check up after being told I had diabetes, that found that I had two heart attacks, silent and pain free. I was put on low dose aspirin, blood pressure meds and a statin. That’s when I found your video about vitamin D3 deficiency and figured that I’d give it a chance. I started on your routine of D3(50,000) K2, Zinc and Magnesium that in about three weeks I was in remission for the painful skin disease, with it cleared up completely disappeared in 2 months and my type 2 diabetes was under control, so much so that my blood tests reflect numbers of someone without diabetes. Heart disease and diabetes killed my dad, with silent and pain free attacks. His mom died the same way too and I decided that it would not be me. Thank you for the information that changed my life along with changing my family’s future. I can’t thank you enough for giving me a chance of a much better future. ❤ Edit: Forgot about my asthma that I ended up on a ventilator in the ICU twice in 1 year, post COVID. I think that’s when I had the heart attacks.

That’s great. People HAVE to take their health into their own hands because doctors are NOT going to help you prevent any kind of disease or illness. They are always in a hurry and never get to know their patients needs or concerns.

“The fact that hospitals in the past had areas for sunbathing for treatment says everything.”
No, it absolutely DOESN’T “say everything”.
Hospitals used to offer sunbathing for “heliotherapy” in the 1860s through 1940s, mostly to prevent rickets, which was a serious condition faced by children who were vitamin D3 deficient. (Cod liver oil was another therapy for rickets). Rickets has largely been eradicated in the West since the 1950s, so hospitals didn’t need to offer sunbathing since then. Hospitals *still* offer heliotherapy for a variety of conditions (such as eczema), but it’s done with controllable UV-B light (eliminating the UV-A that comes from the sun).
