    Help…no matter how weak I make ACV, my stomach always aches…why is that? No one has answered this question for me..😮

      Try drinking it with a meal or honey. You’re sensitive to the extra acid, apparently, if you drink it on an empty stomach. Another possibility is your stomach lining may need strengthening. You can do that by drinking slippery elm between meals, for a while. Look into aloe vera juice as a possible healer. Manuka honey, alone, is a healer. You have to get one with a +16 or higher to help the most.

      @deborahnelson4608  you’re welcome. I hope those tips help. I learned those awhile ago, so there may be new suggestions. I know if slippery elm is hard to get, marshmallow root is said to be a good substitute. I haven’t tried it, though.

      This could be due to either an ulcer or some other inflammatory issue in the stomach / gut. In this case avoid it.
