  6. @afl3733 on November 7, 2025 at 12:59 pm

Arugula is my favorite lettuce, walnuts my favorite nut and pomegranates are my favorite fruit as a child we had them growing like weeds in our yard! Unfortunately salmon is not super affordable on my budget but I do make sure my Dad gets salmon once a week! Started taking nitric oxide with beetroot every morning about 3 weeks ago! My body is healing as I am continuing to make healthier choices! Thank you for your videos!

    • @Drberg on November 7, 2025 at 1:32 pm

Arugula also has super low oxalate content so it’s easy on the kidneys. 1mg per 100 grams, compared to spinach with over 100mg.

  18. @elizaine729 on November 13, 2025 at 1:33 pm

Read the label!! Make sure it’s NOT FARM RAISED SALMON which has been fed dye to make it appear pinker than it really is!! 🥵 Aldi salmon has it printed right on the label that they add dye to the fish feed! Who knows what else that fish was fed? Just buy wild caught if possible…because cheaper isn’t always better….

  19. @tamarawalusko5886 on November 16, 2025 at 9:34 am

I squeeze my pomegranate seeds and use the juice over the arugula salad with extra virgin olive oil that was not treated with pescicides.
I use fresh lemon , extra virgin oil and organic vinegar in my other salads.

  20. @carlbass4449 on November 19, 2025 at 11:18 pm

Not one mention of Cheyenne peppers. Garlic.
