The Anti-Inflammatory Food No One Talks About

Most people think turmeric, ginger, or blueberries are the most powerful anti-inflammatory foods, but they’re wrong.

👉 Get Dr. Berg’s Daily Routine as a free download:

In this video, you’ll discover the #1 most anti-inflammatory food in the world, a powerful natural remedy that has been used for thousands of years and has been shown in research to outperform turmeric and ginger for reducing inflammation.

Some studies suggest its anti-inflammatory effects can rival common pain relievers like ibuprofen, without the same risks, making it one of the strongest natural anti-inflammatory foods known.

Thought he was going to say olive oil.

Edit: I looked it up. One of his videos is even titled something like Olive Oil instead of Ibuprofen, so it is another good anti-inflammatory.

    • @daleromo2830 on December 29, 2025 at 11:05 am

Haha, same. Looked like Olive oil being poured in the video. Power of suggestion?

    • @xth3y_kill_k3nny on December 29, 2025 at 11:59 am

I always try to keep a body of olive oil on me when I run out

    • @Breezy-y7o3m on December 29, 2025 at 2:22 pm

Thanks ❤ It’s a good one if you’re sure it’s pure and organic preferably.

I used that AND black seed oil on my leg after torn meniscus and other injuries that caused a major DVT so circulation blockage.

The doctors sucked overall. God send that a nurse helped me get in for blood thinners but I wonder what could’ve worked hollistically if I had known the swelling etc could’ve caused the clot.

I was immediately ignored and gaslit and put on around the clock Hugh dose ibuprofen. Thank God I avoid that crap because it makes blood clots worse!!!! Not the only bad advice my doctor gave me in that month alone and yet they are so protected from malpractice suits in reality…

I was told to walk on a torn meniscus but stay off if it hurts and is unstable. It was…..so I stayed off it but walked on tiger leg told it was my fault I was immobile that I had DVT even though they have trauma induced ones that I had because my symptoms started of DVT immediately after. I just didn’t know so I didn’t get seen.

I try to be tough and it’s difficult to be get them to go to the doctor because of my work and my special needs child…..so when my leg was swollen and I couldn’t move it I used ice and heat.
Doctors just shrugged and acted like I was a baby. Glad I listed to my gut to push for testing .

I barely got in on time from bugging them and they found the clot. Almost considered surgery for in leg which is rare.

Again prescribed ibuprofen WITH blood thinners. Lol I knew it’s a huge no no but before I could confirm with pharmacist she said she didn’t recommend. 🙈 As if I was the one to self prescribe.

I used the blood thinners of course. Scared not to. But then I ended up looking into hollistic especially because symptoms stayed and I wasn’t having the heavy bleeding promised. Quite the opposite actually and I tend to have paradoxical side effects. 😢

I asked the hematologist if I could keep taking bromelain and ginger alternating and he said sure. So I did for the last month and a half with the blood thinners and was off them at the minimum required time frame.

My symptoms of PAD that I was told wouldn’t ever go away mostly stay away and it has been half a year since I was told that.

They wanted me injected with risky joint aides and given serious pain and nerve medication to mask symptoms and possibly cause more…..
Meanwhile I have mostly been self treating, thanks to the holy Spirit getting me through the emotional turmoil.

To feel desperate and like the system is there to suck you dry and not to cure you is scary.

Hi, yes, olive oil is another excellent anti inflammatory and a great natural alternative for supporting overall health.

  8. @DonJohnson-t2b on December 29, 2025 at 12:39 pm

I’ve seen significant health improvements on the Keto diet, with lower medical bills and better cholesterol levels – it involves eating 4 eggs a day, steaks, and other foods doctors often advise against.

    • @Drberg on December 29, 2025 at 2:02 pm

Hi Don, that’s fantastic, your results show how a well planned keto diet can improve cholesterol and overall health, even with foods some doctors don’t usually recommend.

  11. @Breezy-y7o3m on December 29, 2025 at 2:13 pm

I was just using it topically, ibahte the way it smells…..like petroleum….idk if it’s fake but I got organic certified.
I do think it helped my leg after torn meniscus.

I had a major DVT from the injuries that was causing symptoms of PAD told they wouldn’t go away as much as they have, told to take ibuprofen around the clock which makes DVT worse (I didn’t take as much as they wanted thank God and stoped when I found out)….
They even prescribed more when put on blood thinners and I asked the pharmacist but she said no way would she suggest intake both before I even asked.
    🙈 Wonderful system we have.

Instead I used the black seed oil topically, stopped using lavender products (estrogenic can increase blood clots), when adjusted to blood thinners a couple weeks I asked hematologist about some daily pineapple or bromelain alternating with ginger and he said it was fine.

I was off the blood thinners earlier than they anticipated and with limited mobility and a much larger clot than the average. Praise God!

I have a history of high platelets so I keep making sure to get enough bromelain in my diet and/or nitric oxide by organic beet powder. ❤ Which I know Dr Berg also recommends.

I still am struggling with health issues but working on discipline and fasting again. It’s my only hope because doctors hardly even want to test people anymore except for unrelated expensive things it seems
