Asthmatic as heck myself, I haven’t honestly ever heard of it being described as ‘air hunger’ before. I also haven’t had difficulty breathing in months, but I do also work out seven days a week, aim to keep a very balanced diet and understand emotional control these days. I also know how to use breathing exercises, didn’t need the pure chlorophyll or other things but appreciate the protip. If I think about it objectively, I’m also yawning a lot less. Learnt a few things about myself. Thank you.

    • @FeralFaeRae on November 20, 2023 at 11:32 am

Sulphites (the 200 numbers in foods) can majority cause asthma….watch out for these, also called benzoates…nasty stuff it’s in alot of vitamins and meds, they are very bad preservatives…

    • @helenevion5948 on November 22, 2023 at 5:48 pm

Ok! Dr Berg’s videos /articles on asthma may help.

I associated my air-hunger/excessive yawning with possibly having COVID back in 2020. Come to find out I didn’t have COVID and it was likely due to anxiety !? I still suffer from this when anxious. I’m going to give these remedies a shot. Thank you Dr !

    • @KierstenA-ue8mo on November 20, 2023 at 2:15 pm

Yeah well they claim EVERYTHING is anxiety!! When they don’t know, can’t figure it out, or just don’t feel like bothering, it’s anxiety!! 🙄 Get another opinion.

Do you have any other issues like slight chest discomforts, feelings like u are going to have heart palpitation, checking your pulse?

    • @MrFeliz93 on November 20, 2023 at 8:20 pm

@@RandomHuTaoSimpThe heart palpitations started around the exact same time I was feeling the breathing issue. Since then I haven’t had it as much. Are you having this issue?

    • @RandomHuTaoSimp on November 20, 2023 at 8:27 pm

@@MrFeliz93 Yeah, hard to get a good breath/ air hunger. feelings as if my heart wants to palpitate, but doesnt 90% of the time, tingling sensations around my upper body, both sides of chest. Sometimes in lower extremities. the feelings are as if someone is gently pressing on my skin with their pointy finger but no actual bad pain or anything. Then worrying about my heart beat at night before I go to sleep. Not sure whats going on lol. I mean the first day 2 weeks ago almost, THAT day it was really hard to breathe. It only got better when I got out to exercise and walk.

  4. @kimc451 on November 20, 2023 at 11:33 am

Since I started taping my mouth shut at night I’ve become a nose breather all day and night! It’s reduced my anxiety dramatically and I no longer struggle with air hunger! Thanks for that life changing tip Doc! ❤️ along with hundreds of other of your tips!
Could you please do another video on RA- and trigger thumb and finger? Boy, I’m struggling. I have a digisplint for my thumb, because of my trigger thumb, but now my whole hand is ceasing up and triggering.😫 TIA Dr Berg!❤

    • @SimplyHuman186 on November 20, 2023 at 12:11 pm

opposite for me works – mouth open ain’ taping my mouth shut with my Sleep apnea lol

    • @kimc451 on November 21, 2023 at 3:21 pm

@@palidanek74 I use a little sliver of medical tape, a piece about an inch and a half long, and I slice it in half. So it’s very skinny. I put it up and down the middle of my lips to keep them shut, but I can very easily breathe through my mouth if I feel panicky. I’ve struggled with claustrophobia and anxiety my whole life, so it had to be something that I could get out of quickly if I needed to. lol
It really worked! Dr Berg also talks about how nose breathing can help with sleep apnea! VERY interesting! You may want to watch it! 😊

I’m finding lowe iron has been the driver around feeling “air starved”. Been taking iron fumerate for that on an empty stomach. The empty stomach was important for me to assimilate the iron as well as using some ascorbic acid in that solution.

    • @helenevion5948 on November 22, 2023 at 5:50 pm

Dr Berg’s videos /articles on iron supplements and on true vitamin c compared with ascorbic acid issues may be of interest.

Damn, I’ve caught that B1 deficiency after Covid from your videos on B1, and it did help me significantly with my tiredness, but air hunger wouldn’t really leave. It’s really irregular too, sometimes only for a short, sometimes for a long while, but blood oxygen is high. I guess the doses of B1 weren’t high enough.

Dr. Berg, I would appreciate it if you said roughly what kind of doses over what time are necessary with B1… if you read it, of course. I appreciate your videos greatly!

    • @daniels.1505 on November 21, 2023 at 5:54 am

For me it’s 250 – 500 mg of Thiamine and 50 to 100 mg of Allithiamine every evening. Works perfect. @Dr.Berg: Thx again for this advice!!😊😊

    • @Promet17 on November 21, 2023 at 8:50 am

@@daniels.1505 thanks for telling me, good to have some point of reference!

    • @helenevion5948 on November 22, 2023 at 6:04 pm

You may want to experiment with other brand of b1. And with other kinds of b1. For example, his allthiamine should be much better. Especially, besides being much higher quality than the average, it’s fat soluble, penetrates much better every where and is not needed in high quantities and no crazy toxins are added. Like maltodextrin, dextrose, ect.

I have been suffering chronic dyspnea for two years, it all started after I took the covid vaccine (Pfizer) which caused to me a perimyocarditis and from that moment I live every single day with symptoms like chest pain, breathlessness, fatigue, weight to my chest, asthenia, etc. I am honestly very depressed because of this situation. I was young and perfectly healthy and I feel like my body was ruined permanently and without possibility of healing. I have tried many many things but nothing really seems to make a difference. Thank you so much dr Berg for the information you provided, I will try them. Greetings from Italy!

When I got myocarditis, I found that coq10 in high doses (over 250mg) got rid of the heavy chest feeling. A year and a half later, I have no pains. It takes a long time for the heart to heal. And it can only heal if you’re avoiding anything that causes inflammation in the body. While at the same time correcting deficiencies. Magnesium at 1,000mg a day completely got rid of my ectopic beats and palpitations. And benfotiamine at 1,000 plus my finally got rid of my accelerated heart rate as well as shortness of breath. All about dosage. I was in your exact shoes for well over a year.

    • @FirstnameLastname-pe5ib on November 23, 2023 at 3:57 pm

Take this with a grain of salt but I did this without medication. My doctor prescribed me Lisinopril which is made from snake venom. I wanted no part of that. Instead, I used nattokinase. My clot disappeared, blood pressure naturally stabilized & I can now drink coffee and exercise again.
