How to Fix Your Gut:

Digestion starts in the mouth, where food is broken down and then transferred to the stomach. The highly acidic stomach acid aids in protein digestion.

The valve at the top of the stomach plays a vital role in keeping food in the stomach and preventing it from backing up into the esophagus. Many people think antacids are the solution to acid reflux or heartburn. Diluting stomach acid worsens this problem by inhibiting this valve from closing tightly.

If you have acid reflux, you want to increase the acidity of your stomach. Diluted apple cider vinegar and betaine hydrochloride are effective remedies for this problem.

Ninety percent of all digestion occurs in the small intestine. This is also the location of a leaky gut. Grains, gluten, junk food, refined sugar, and seed oils can cause a leaky gut.

The liver makes bile, which is stored and concentrated in the gallbladder. Bile helps break down fats, extract nutrients from fats, and kill pathogens. Bile deficiency symptoms include bloating, burping, vision problems, and gallstones. Bile salts such as TUDCA can help digestion by breaking down cholesterol.

Microbes break down food in the large intestine through fermentation. These microbes comprise 80% of your immune system and help make neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine.

After your food travels through this intricate assembly line, it becomes stool. Your stool is mostly water and gets its pigment from your red blood cells. The smell is caused by gas from bacteria.

Constipation and diarrhea are usually related to missing microbes. Antibiotics and chemicals like glyphosate can deplete microbes. Fermented foods and the L. reuteri microbe are great ways to increase microbes and improve digestion naturally. Intermittent fasting can also significantly improve digestion.

    • @rhondahenthorne2266 on April 7, 2025 at 12:33 pm

      I’m try it

    • @lars2894 on April 7, 2025 at 1:54 pm

And MAKE SURE it’s diluted!! I once drank undiluted vinegar because I thought I could handle it, and had to go to the ER from acidosis symptoms

    • @margiemurray2147 on April 7, 2025 at 2:11 pm

Make sure you have a good drink of plain water after you’re done with your vinegar. If you let that sit in there the whole night it will kill the enamel on your teeth, even though you’ve drank diluted ACV with water. Another helpful tip is to use a stainless steel straw

Celery juice is the only thing on earth that started helping my severe gut issues after seeing doctors for over 20 years. And believe me, I’ve tried everything. My problems was brainfog, sever food sensitivities, constant hunger, losing weight too fast, fat malabsorbtion and insomnia. I started CJ three months ago and suddenly I’m not so hungry anymore and I can eat few foods which I couldn’t tolerate in a decade. I still have a lot of work to do but it’s like a miracle drink for me and takes away my stomach pains too. Please make sure it’s organic, if u juice celery.

TUDCA will solve your problems much faster. Give it a try.

    • @ignitethehealing on April 7, 2025 at 12:59 pm

Tudca is not for everyone. It gave me serious liver pains after trying even good quality brand. I’ve tried HCL, enzymes and everything. They give me massive stomach pains. I’ve tried all different brands. Do what works for your body.

    • @BarBeeHoney on April 7, 2025 at 1:09 pm

I took Oil of Oregano + ate raw garlic for 3 days (fasted). On the terlet every 45 min for 3 days but it killed off the bad bacteria. All my food allergies, malabsorption & IBS was gone. It’s not for everyone. I’m glad it worked for me. Glad CS worked for you! I replied to AlmaBurns but they deleted it. Fast the day prior & all 3 days of this cleanse along with LMNT (electrolyte). (1) *honey garlic clove in morning w (1) OOO capsule. Another OOO capsule at 2pm & again at 10PM. For 3 days. Don’t worry about sleep bc you won’t get any, you will be on the toilet every 45 min (your circadian rhythm)the whole 3 days. I fasted all 3 days. I lost 20 lbs and 1/2 was water from inflammation which I have had no inflammation since I did this. I no longer have food allergies. I had to treat my bum with Vaseline after 24 hrs. Garlic & OOO are powerful natural antibiotics! I was very sick with SIBO (IBS) & at my wits end.
      * honey garlic is garlic that has been submerged in honey for min of 30 days. It’s not as “hot” as raw garlic. I don’t think I could have tolerated regular raw garlic.

I heard one doc talk about juicing and suggested that “chewing” is very important in the digestive process. It tells your system get ready. And starts producing the enzymes for digestion.

    • @RSJ1947 on April 7, 2025 at 2:15 pm

Yes, digestion actually starts in your mouth. We learnt digestive system starts at mouth and ends at anus at school. You got to chew food not shove it.
