The #1 Overlooked Cause of Artery Calcification

There is an interesting cause of artery calcification that I’ve never talked about before, and you need to be aware of it.

DATA:

0:00 Introduction: #1 overlooked cause of calcified arteries
0:28 What is lactic acidosis?
1:30 The hidden cause of vascular calcification

4:40 Natural remedies for lactic acidosis
8:12 Learn more about the causes of vitamin B1 deficiency!

Today we’re going to talk about an overlooked cause of coronary artery calcification: lactic acidosis. Lactic acidosis occurs as a byproduct of glucose metabolism.

Both lactic acidosis and lactate in the blood are associated with various health issues, including:
• Heart attacks
• Thrombosis
• Panic attacks
• Autonomic nervous system dysfunction
• Bipolar disorder
• Schizophrenia
• Sepsis
• Arrhythmia problems
• Liver disease
• Diabetes
• Cancer
• Restless leg syndrome

Calcification in the arteries is not just caused by old age, consuming too much calcium, or even a vitamin K2 deficiency.

It turns out that one cause of vascular calcification is hypoxia in the arteries. Hypoxia is a lack of oxygen, and this lack of oxygen in the arteries can be caused by lactic acidosis.

The top causes of lactic acidosis:
• A high-carb diet
• An overactive sympathetic dominance situation (chronic stress)
• Metformin
• Warfarin
• Statins
• Alcohol
• Overtraining

The top symptoms of lactic acidosis are breathing problems and restlessness, especially in the leg muscles.

How to get rid of lactic acidosis:
1. Get on the keto diet
2. Reduce your stress
3. Consume natural vitamin B1 (thiamine)

Can you do a post on the affect of antipsychotics on vitamins. They reduce b12, folate, block vitamin D. What happens to people with schizophrenia long term? Also antidepressants are often also prescribed and they reduce b1. This is never discussed by health professionals.😮😮😮

From France. My sister (75) took statins for about 10 years. She now has a pre-diabetis, still has too much cholesterol, and her brain seems to become more and more deficient…

    • TelltheTruth-ShameThe👹. on March 21, 2023 at 2:49 pm

@ Pauline Simon , this is so sad , sorry to hear this, all the “ promise of medication”, not doing what it’s suppose to do.

The best thing is going on a nourishing , healing way of eating and being on a daily basis.

Medication 🙁 gives us false hope, without us truly understanding the repercussions. .

CGM monitors are becoming common as a way to monitor your blood glucose.
Even wearing one for a month will provide much information about your eating habits, exercise and glucose spikes.
It helps to understand how portion control, walking before and after meals and drinking vinegar with water can help control sugar spikes.

Thank you Dr Berg!! I’m wondering if lactic acidosis is a problem in COPD patients. I bet it is and that too would cause even more short of breath. Maybe that’s why ACV drinks, Vitamin C and Vitamin D3K2 (your brand), lemon water (no sweetener) and lime wedges help my 90 yo dad overcome severe SOB episodes. It hasn’t been easy to change his diet but I keep trying. Results of extensive allergy tests showed no allergies (20% chance of false negatives). Recently read an article, up to 50% of COPD patients have GERD so recently added digestive enzymes which seem to be working. Also recently started him on both benfotamin and your natural B1 after watching one of your recent previous videos

Hello Dr. Berg, a video request. My husband had his gallbladder removed and I think he is having a constant overproduction of bile which is causing IBS and more. What can be done about this issue? I have seen mentions of this in your vidoes but I think the issue deserves a full video on the topic. Thanks for everything Dr. Berg!

What an abundance of information!! It pertains to me in many ways, but also my 40 year old daughter. I just had a quick visit with her after several years (she lives in another state), and I’m so sad that she looks depleted and unhealthy (for many reasons outlined here). I can’t wait to send her some B1!!!! Thank you!!! 🙂🙂🙂
