The #1 Nighttime Benefit of Apple Cider Vinegar That NO ONE KNOWS

Apple cider vinegar is one of the simplest, most inexpensive natural remedies that can make a huge difference in your health. In this video, I’ll cover 7 health benefits of apple cider vinegar that can make a difference tonight!

0:00 Introduction: ACV benefits
0:10 Acetic acid and insulin resistance
1:26 Apple cider vinegar for digestion
3:28 ACV for weight loss
4:50 ACV for energy
5:52 Try apple cider vinegar at night!

Check out 7 amazing apple cider vinegar benefits that can improve your health starting tonight!

1. Healthy blood sugar levels
The main ingredient in apple cider vinegar is acetic acid, which can stabilize blood sugar when you go to bed. ACV can significantly improve insulin resistance. It slows the breakdown of sugar and starches to reduce the insulin spike after eating.

2. Better sleep
One to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before bed can help you sleep better.

3. Improved digestion
Apple cider vinegar can reduce bloating and improve digestion. This can improve sleep and eliminate heartburn at night.

4. Improves mineral absorption
Apple cider vinegar can improve the absorption of important minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and potassium. It can alleviate symptoms of magnesium deficiency like tetany or leg cramps by improving magnesium absorption. If your stomach is too alkaline, mineral absorption will be inhibited.

5. Weight loss
ACV helps you lose weight by increasing insulin sensitivity and improving insulin resistance.

6. Improved liver detoxification
ACV can improve liver detoxification and increase the release of bile. Bile improves the digestion of fat.

7. ACV for fuel
The body can use acetic acid as fuel. This won’t keep you up at night because it takes a good amount of energy to sleep restfully!

Try mixing 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into a glass of water. Drink this mixture with a straw to protect your teeth. Comment below and let me know what benefits you see!

I’ve made it a habit to add ACV to my electrolytes, salt, and protein powder shake to mask the taste of ACV.

This channel has changed my life. I can follow a pattern or habit if I know WHY it’s good or useful. Eating more protein, drinking less, feeling better and dropped 10kgs already. All without having to resort to restricting myself – it’s more being aware of how good you feel when you cleanse all of that numbing dirt out of your system. Thank you sincerely Dr Berg. A consistent message and actual results.

In the evening I make a Hibiscus tea, add the apple cider vinegar, some fresh lemon juice and a teapsoon of natural allicin juice (just the garlic extract in water). Drink through a straw and rinse my mouth after to protect my teeth. But it tastes delicious – the other ingredients all support the liver and are a tonic before the active time for the liver. Sleep like a tot!!!

Added this at night and the morning two days ago to my keto diet and it’s amazing. I’m 62 and my energy went through the roof and I lost 4 lbs in two days. Fluid discharge, or whatever but I can feel and see the results. My belt loosened up a little.

I did, but I was already in a like state of ketosis and I went to a 24 hr. fast at the save time. Eating one high fat super carb meal a day. So I basically boosted my keto state causing my glucose to fall and my ketones to spike. I measure them frequently.@@margebeeckeringh8554

BRILLIANT! And.. Apple Cider Vinegar is so EASY to MAKE!.. all you need is a big jar, a cloth and an elastic band.. oh, and a wooden spoon. There are dozens of YouTube instructions to make it.. but here’s mine:
(when you are on your last bottle, start this process over)..
    1. Cut up a bunch of apples (bruised ok, stems and skin ok… mold not ok) 2-3 lbs
    2. Put them in a big pickle jar leaving about 2 inches from the top.
    3. Fill the jar with water to cover the apples
3a. you can add a couple of tablespoons of sugar to get it started.. not essential
    4. cover the jar with a cloth or coffee filter and secure it with an elastic band (don’t use a lid because it needs to breathe)
    5. Every day for the first 2 weeks, stir the apple/water
    6. By now the apples no longer float to the top so just stir every 2 or 3 days
    7. At day 30 you should have nice vinegar but you can check it with a PH-strip so that it’s between 3.5 – 4.5 depending on taste.
    8. Drain the juice into a bowl or pot, and then bottle it. That’s it! Store it in a pantry.

This gives you real ACV with the mother and it is really delicious.

I bought a bottle of apple cider vinegar yesterday because of you said it would help me lose weight, in another video. I tried it last night. I wasn’t expecting the digestive improvement. I slept well as I quit drinking alcohol three years ago so no different there. I’m a runner in my late 60’s so I need to take the weight off by diet not by miles, before May of this year. Thanks Doc!

Not the inexpensive store brands. They are filtered & pasteurized.

I started drinking a spoonful of cider vinegar mixed with water in the morning and evening in January this year and it really helped me have a quality and deep sleep. It has been 2 decades since I was having this sleep problem until I discovered the benefits of drinking this. It really works. For me, it’s nature’s gift to mankind.
