The #1 Most Dangerous Meal in the World

What is the #1 most dangerous meal in the world? Many people consume this meal without knowing it includes dangerous foods that can kill you! In this video, find out about the meal that contains the most dangerous ingredients for your health and why you’ll want to stop eating these foods immediately!
0:00 Introduction: The most dangerous foods in the world
0:12 PAHs
0:34 AGEs
1:00 Sodium nitrate
1:18 Roundup ready
2:41 Byproduct of caramel coloring
3:00 Aluminum toxicity
3:40 Potassium bromate
3:54 The most dangerous meal
These dangerous ingredients are found in the #1 most dangerous meal. Can you guess what it is?
1. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are byproducts created when you cook, char, or smoke something. Cooking at high temperatures creates these compounds, which have the potential to alter or mutate your DNA and can trigger cancer of the stomach or colon.
2. When you combine sugar with protein, you create AGEs (advanced glycation end products). These sticky proteins found in foods like barbequed meat can cause advanced aging, inflammation, diabetes, Alzheimer's, and other chronic diseases.
3. Sodium nitrate is found in processed meat like bacon and ham. When heated, it turns into a carcinogen, which can trigger cancer.
4. Residue from the weed killer Roundup Ready is often found in GMO foods such as soy, corn, canola, and cottonseed. Roundup Ready contains the ingredient glyphosate, which is considered a carcinogen by the World Health Organization. Glyphosate also disrupts the microbiome.
5. Caramel coloring, which is used in barbeque sauces and sodas, produces a carcinogenic byproduct called 4-MEI.
6. Aluminum can leach into the brain, increasing your risk for Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases.
7. Potassium bromate is found in barbeque sauces and is often used to increase fluffiness in bread products. This ingredient has been banned in 60 countries, but it’s not banned in the U.S.
The most dangerous meal includes barbequed meat that’s been grilled, covered in barbeque sauce, and typically cooked on or covered with aluminum foil. Many types of meat served at barbeques contain nitrates and are often wrapped in a bun or served with bread. This meal is usually served with a soda in an aluminum can or plastic bottle and served on a styrofoam plate.

Thanks for watching! I hope this increases your awareness about some foods to avoid for optimal health. I’ll see you in the next video.
The McRib! I knew it! 😁 That’s why it’s seasonal, so they don’t kill off too many customers at once.
Plus it is a pigs anus! No lie!
Lol

Unfortunately, today it has become very difficult to avoid everything you mentioned. It has become so common. Apart from having a diet and strict discipline. And ultra-processed and bad ready-made meals and products have become more affordable than fresh products, fruits, vegetables, fish, and meat. Teflon and aluminum utensils are cheaper than stainless steel kitchen utensils. Of course, health is priceless, but people are pragmatic, with the hard life, low wages, and inflation, they want simple, fast, practical, and cheap. They just want to feed themselves and their children without thinking too much.
That is so true everything is so expensive
I think we can at the very least buy organic and cook at home.
@@bcc7777 buying organic where I am cost at minimum 40% more and much higher on certain things than “regular” and the cost of groceries right now is already thru the roof. I am also not certain how “organic” foods with that claim actually are, if they cost the same and organic could be verified the majority of people would buy I believe.
@@bcc7777Even foods marked organic can’t be 100% trusted either.
@_Y.Not_ you’re probably right. I buy from a local farmer. At the very least I know there’s no antibiotics and they graze on the land.
Just being health conscious goes a long way. I read every label before I purchase anything. You’d be surprised what you find in the “food” you’re putting in your body. Even worse, a developing child’s body.
Exactly
@@drvinson8947 half of it is not even “food”.
I do a lot reading labels too , but I would probably be at the grocery store all day if I read every single label .lol…..so you would think you wouldn’t have to worry over the whole food section …..wrong ,..you have to be aware of everything . I visit my neighborhood farmers market and local farmers and grow my own food sometimes if life and time permits . I love this doctor and how he keeps people informed . Having the information and knowledge is a step in the right direction 👍
Yes haha, I have started doing that and my family doesn’t really care (yet) about what’s in it, but I have been watching lots of this guy and Sten Ekberg on all sorts of this diet stuff and have been following the supplement, fasting and diet information to astounding success so far.
The sausages that are always in the house are mostly wheat starch, soy protein and bulking agents with 32% mechanically recovered amalgamation of various animal meats.
They are absolutely terrible, but they just see me as being too fussy over “just a sausage” lol
Similar vibe with rice and potatos, they are basically just natures junk food, both my parents are type 2 diabetic and so far refuse to accept that carbs and starch are just sugar.
My hope is that over the next few years they will see what’s happening to me and take all this much more seriously.
@@edwardstrain8629 Yeah, I don’t understand a lot of it, pretty sure we aren’t meant to, but I still glance at it all looking for wheat starch, soy protien, or if it simply has a giant paragraph of hundreds of chemical names.
I was unaware I should be looking out for sodium nitrate being added to bacon and ham though.
It feels a lot better to have at least some plan of action past just “protein good, sugar bad”
This reminds me of a big argument I had with an aunt of mine about smoking. She lived in an area where hunting was common. They had a smokehouse. Every thing she ate was smoked. Fish, deer, elk ect. I asked her if smoking was bad for your lungs isn’t eating all that smoked food bad for your stomach? She said no they just use it as a preservative. I said so what? You are still ingesting smoke and that was where the big fight started. Ten or fifteen years later she got very sick and you guessed it, stomach cancer which spread all through her digestive tract and she died an awful death.
😮😮
I’m so sorry for your loss – it’s frustrating trying to help others make better choices when we all learn more every day.
ETC.
It sucks to be right when it comes to certain things!
Video says it’s aluminium toxicity, not the smocking of meats. The ‘smoke’ doesn’t cause issues.
Thank you for shedding light on these issues Dr Berg!
My pleasure! If you enjoy this educational content, click share and spread the word, and let’s get it out there.

Deadly Nightshade pudding?
This sounds like Rodney Dangerfield 😂
Just about every time I’ve had bacon with sodium nitrate as a preservative I end up with a particularly bad nausea where I vomit yellow. It causes a nasty headache too. I have stopped eating bacon altogether. No sugar, no dairy, no wheat, no yeast no seed oils no corn starttch and almost nothing that comes in a wrapper. For this reason we don’t even eat out anymore. And our health has greatly benefited from this! Thanks Dr. Berg!
Anything in a packet or bottle is not real food and is making us sick. It’s up to us to research and take charge of our own health and not rely on drug pushing doctors. Dr Berg is one of my favourite doctors to listen to for good health advice .

Absolutely agree! I’ve spent the last two years recovering from a “normie diet”. Never going back to it. Daily raw garlic and olive oil intake has been a huge health changer.
Have you checked your gallbladder?
My mom used to have the same problem when eating bacon , so she was diagnosed with gallbladder stones
You are so right, that nasty e250 is so disgusting we could not even finish smoked ribs, it was in bulks on it even I washed that salty gross stuff it wasnt edible!
Can you make a video of your shopping list, or receipt, please 🙏🏻
Learning the truth about foods and chemicals has really changed my eating habits. It can be overwhelming and sometimes depressing to not participate in certain indulgences due to the criticism and perplexed looks you receive, but then I realize the ones who criticize or are perplexed are among those with illness, pain/inflammation, obesity, etc. and it helps me stay the course. A rare indulgence to celebrate with family/friends IS okay. I follow with a 72-120 hour fast to cleanse/reset my system.
Exactly and very well stated. I feel like a voice crying in the wilderness. I know folks that are riddled with insulin resistance and high blood sugars and they think I’m nuts. And I show him the data yet I’ve had people just say boldly I am not going to quit carbs!!! All the while they’re wolfing down amazing amounts of carbs and pills that the doctors have given them. pills that have all kinds of side effects that don’t resolve the underlying problem. I just don’t want them to get sick and die early or live a terrible end of life. That’s all
Powdered Charcoal assists to pull & move out.. some mix it w/Borax too..
I spent last summer in Europe and learned that some American made processed cereals are made differently there.
For instance in the U.S. Cinnamon Toast Crunch has corn sugar and ammonia under high pressure and temperature for that caramel color and Trisodium Phosphate for appearance and texture….among other things.
In Europe their version of this cereal don’t have these chemicals because of strict regulations there.
Also seen U.S. made candies with warning labels.
The EU has different laws & restrictions for mostly everything, especially consumer products for food contact materials cosmetics, and personal care products. The EU versions aren’t allowed chemicals like formaldehyde whereas the US version are allowed , even though these products are made in the US!
Sounds like things are even worse in the US. Bad enough everywhere!
My son and I both have autoimmune disease, I have rheumatoid arthritis and my son has MS. I also was prediabetic and my cholesterol was high. We started the keto diet 3 weeks ago and purchased Dr Bergs vitamins, multi, D3/K2, magnesium and electrolytes powder. I threw away every product with a bad ingredient in my pantry and fridge. We are feeling so much better, our chronic pain has greatly lessened, energy levels are up and we both wake up feeling refreshed and alert. We take all the regular doses of the supplements with the exception of vitamin D3/K2 of which we take 20000 IUs daily.
It almost felt too simple but trust me, Dr Bergs advise truly works.
Thank you Dr Berg.
I am 68 and my son is 43
That’s amazing. I’m glad I was able to help you. Thanks for following my advice. Wishing good health to you and your son.
lol it’s all in your head!

Eat in moderation and Always say your Blessing before eating ANYTHING these days!!
No, do not eat in moderation. Abstain completely from toxic noxious damaging food-like substances alltogether. Lest you want disease.
It’s funny how people limit themselves by placing their focus on they can’t/shouldn’t have, as opposed to shifting their focus on to what they CAN and should have!
Perhaps if there were less food shaming videos being promoted and more positive ones that wouldn’t be the case. These youtubers are almost all afraid to post their actual diets, just think about what that means.
This is why I stick to Carnivore. Cast Iron pan fry everything in Ghee or Lard or Tallow. Gets a nice sear on it but never charcoaled.
Keep an eye on your ferritin levels. I cooked on cast iron and my ferritin was out of range high.
@@Mrdsmith500Was thinking the same. Have to be careful with iron overload.
I’m grateful that you are educating us on another thing we shouldn’t eat. We’ve been lied to, manipulated and damaged for decades. Our parents didn’t know any better, no one questioned or ever thought that an essential service provider like a grocery store would offer poisonous and toxic ‘food’ for us to consume. We are blessed that you are here; to teach us to make healthier, conscious choices. God Bless you Dr. Berg
Start watching Dr John Campbell to find out about other lies.
Happy Birthday (a day early) Dr. Berg. You’ve helped my family, friends and me for so many years now. Thank you. Be blessed. ❤
My dad loved grilled barbecue, deli meat and sausages. He died from colon cancer in his early 60s.
Whoa, so terribly sorry. ❤
@@1njtrooper My condolences for your loss.

2:12 😮😢THANK YOU. I have Stopped using all wheats, corn , canola, sugars, and most things like sodas. *no wonder why cancers and dementia are rampant* 😢
Right? It seemed so impossible before, but once you eliminate those poisons, you don’t miss them one bit.
Dr Berg is the best teacher! It is so easy to listen to him the way he enunciates everything so clearly. Never have a problem hearing him. Again, great teacher!
Crazy how much I changed after I started questioning everything about health. Reading Rethinking Health Secrets made me realize how much we’re NOT told.
Once you realize that everything was created to make profits, you get to see how many bad things are hidden
