    We really need someone to develop a quicker way to detox them. I would pay thousands for that. Even if I eat the healthiest diet in the world now, I still feel unhealthy knowing my past diet mistakes are still in my brain and cell membranes.

      Hello there! Do not use vegetable oils at all! Replace seed oils with the following healthy cooking oils 👇
      •Extra virgin olive oil
      •Coconut oil
      •Butter
      •Ghee
      •Red palm oil
      •Tallow
      •Lard

      There shouldn’t be any seed oils in real butter. Butter is made from churning cream. You can make butter at home with a stand mixer or a hand mixer.

      Vegetable oils are the same as seed oils, they are poisonous, avocado oil is really healthy, i dont know about macadamia oil, google it
