My dad uses black seed oil to control blood glucose levels, and it works for him.
how uncle uses kalonji ?
😮 but how?
How to use
How does he use it?
in which way did he use it?
Better known as Nigella seed (or Kalonji). And black seed (or habat barakah = blessing seed), as known in Arabic.
Oh this is where Sizzla Kalonji gets his stage name from… Wow 😲😲😲 nice to overstand that. 💯💯💯🎉🎉🎉
Thanks 👍
Is it the same with habattus sauda?
Yes, which translates to: black seed.@@alinahMQuantum
We usually make coffee with grinded kalonji. Industrial made black seeds available in market is not good. They are made with heavy pesticides..Better cultivate at home
Please do a whole video on this for anti-inflammatory diseases how it can aid with it.
But you can’t found a organic, the real black seed oil from Egypt, they called Angela latifa
@@azitytube6811 I wonder how we’re supposed to get a hold of that .
@@melaniestarkey7868 I bought it on Amazon in capsules, they have it in bottles too
I take this stuff. Well. I did until Gabapentin ruined my brain. 24/7 withdrawal like symptoms for 2 years (so far)
Seems like anything that directly or indirectly affects my GABA receptors makes me have an intense reaction similar to benzo withdrawal. What a horrible 2 years. I wish you had a cure for this one lol. I can’t even use mouthwash with alcohol, the trace alcohol sends me into the same withdrawal. THC affects me differently now. The effects are simply a panic attack and low blood pressure. Black seed oil and turmeric both do it too. L-theanine… Ibuprofen…. Antibiotics…. Antivirals… Cannabinoids, even CBD… MSG, caffeine… Kava kava. Ethanol… Ashwagandha …. Tylenol… gluten, sugar alcohols in protein bars.. and probably a thousand other things….I can’t take any of them. Even magnesium has this effect.
If I eat a piece of fruit that is a bit old, trace alcohol from any amount of fermentation is like I relapsed and it’s day 1 again. And it stays at that level of intensity for at least 3 weeks. I feel like I have the flu and a panic attack simultaneously every day of my life when I never had anxiety a day in my life before. Nobody knows how to help me. Neurologists have no idea. About 8 other doctors and various nurse practitioners also had no idea. Not much data on the internet…. Anything they give me to help makes it worse.
Somebody help me. I won’t live long like this.
Stay far away from gabapentin, pregabalin and phenibut guys. They’re from hell.
@Tizniz Perhaps you need even stronger plants, like kambo or ayahuasca. Kambo is not psychedelic and cleanses you out like crazy. But if the problem is of a more spiritual nature (which I suspect it is) I would try ayahuasca. The place I can recommend is Temple of the Way of Light in Peru, but there are certainly many more great places to do it. I wish you luck and healing on your journey
Gosh so sad for what u go thru.
Medical field is so clueless. Drugs not answer. Find a naturopathic, chiropractor, acupuncturist and physical therapist that has studied in Poland or other countries. We must look outside ‘their’ box. I know it is so very hard for me also.
I ask God for help. Read my Bible and ask for Healing.
Try to stay strong.
Accept Jesus as your Savior so be in heaven. That is my goal thru it all! 😢❤
Dr.Darrel Wolf..
Sounds like a liver full of parasites! Have you tried a liver cleanse?
Boy, I’ve been on gabapentin for 5 years.
I use it too and my Allergies Are soooooooo much better. Another Benefit is that I have a decrease in appetite 😊
Can you please tell me how to use it?
Excellent, Irina. Glad this is working for you. Thanks for sharing!
@@lisehoude1974he said take a teaspoon. You can cook with cumin too.
It suppresses diet too?? Interesting… What brand do you recommend
Nigella Sativa – Black Seed Oil. Cold pressed is best. One teaspoon each night 😋
Thanks for sharing
Thanks ❤
Is that a brand name of the oil?
You just swallow a teaspoon of it every night?
@@paulgiacovelli9754that’s the name of the plant it comes from
There’s something in the black seed oil that can be dangerous to the liver. Can you delve into this more Dr Berg?
Also taking turmeric at go go is not safe for the liver ( Ayurveda) .
I figured there was a caveat. Dang it.
Hello there! Black seed oil is generally safe for most individuals when used in moderation. However, there are some precautions to consider 👇
Potential Side Effects:
Upset stomach or nausea.
Allergic skin reactions.
Who Should Avoid It:
Pregnant women, as it may cause uterine contractions.
People with bleeding disorders or those taking blood-thinning medications.
Interactions: Black seed oil may interfere with certain medications, so consult a healthcare provider before starting supplementation.
Should mention this as it is potentially dangerous
It’s food. It’s cumin. If you can’t eat cumin you shouldn’t eat this. Taking pills for pain is far more damaging.
You can consume 4 or 5 seeds with water in the morning
I just bought the powder form of black seeds because a review on the seeds said they stick in the teeth.
Thanks for sharing!
Left in water for a while it becomes gel like, like chia seeds. Is that normal?
Thank you Dr. Berg. You deserve the Nobel prize.
Truly appreciate your support. Thanks for watching!
I use it and noticed my health issues were much more better and I now understand it and I use it winter time to avoid flu season if we all share our health experiences we would be better off without the chemicals of the big pharmaceutical companies
@aminmthani1703 where did u get this oil?
Thanks for sharing your experience. Surely the audience appreciates it!
Right after watching this video, I tried massage my fingers joint with Black Seed oil. It really work., the pain became less ..and I feel so relieved. Thank you Dr Berg for this sharing. You’re the best!
Great to hear from you. Very glad this helped. Thanks for watching!
Keto diet and fasting keep me from feeling fatigued, my skin looks lots better, my food costs is down believe it or not,My mood is so good that my panic attacks, anxiety is no more, my appetite for sweet’s even Keto sweet and fruits are gone, I could say lots more about fasting and keto
Black seed oil eliminates everything but the eternal dirt nap
❤I eat a avocado 5 days a week.
It’s very good for my Heart health, full of healthy fats, vitamins and nutrients. Being on keto diet also helps take away my diabetes. Most of the time I would eat it with wild salmon and go walking after eating .❤
My African grandmother used this her entire life. Her skin was always incredibly youthful, smooth, and glowy so much so that even doctors were stunned whenever they saw her bare skin, right up until she passed at 89. None of us liked the smell growing up, but now that I’m older, I’m seriously thinking about using it myself.
What smell does it have? Can it not be mixed with a fragrant essential oil? Or did she ingest it and it caused the smell to come out her pores?
I don’t like the taste or smell but it does work well.
WHY the hesitation if it works? Yhere should be nothing to think about!
Soooooooooo what does it have to do with ethnicity?
Seeds oils arent the problem folks, heat processed oils of any kind are the ones to avoid, cold pressed oils are the ones to look for, and this technically isnt a “seed oil”, its seeds crushed and infused into an oil to make it easier to apply or ingest. You cud eat a few black cumin seeds instead of putting in into the oil as well. If we jumped as many ropes as we do conclusions we’d be much healthier😉
😂
Man I thought it was going to be cinnamon…
“Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him”
Said:
“Use the black seed regularly ,
because it has a cure for every disease
except death”
Sahih Al Bukhari 5688
I would love to see a whole video on this, especially I’d like to know if it’s safe for giving to children.
Cumin is used All over The World in cooking, so yes it is safe for children.
Start Cooking the cumin seeds in your cooking if you are concerned about safety to your children.
If your kids suffer from information do not give them anything with sugar
Yes! Glad to hear you say this Dr. Sebi said this.
I really hoped he d say “it is not turmeric, not ginger but definitely is beer !”
bummer !
😂
