This is literally in everything in fast food shops

    • @DawnM-g3d on November 11, 2025 at 12:50 pm

Multidextron is in many low carb, sugar free, keto and carnivore products. No regulations with any of those labels. You need to read every ingredient in everything, even if you think it is a single ingredient product. GI of 150.

    • @sherriwilcox6916 on November 11, 2025 at 3:05 pm

      @DawnM-g3dit sure is.

    • @davidjr3769 on November 11, 2025 at 4:46 pm

That’s why “fast food” is meant for a once in a while not every day / week

    • @wreagfe on November 13, 2025 at 3:04 am

@davidjr3769 It’s not “meant” for anything. These harmful ingredient are also quite unnecessary.

Veggie organic whole foods, some seafood, eat fruits separately or at least 10 minutes BEFORE meals.
Intermittant fasting. Blue zones are 65% carbs. High protein sometimes.

    • @Bribie12 on November 11, 2025 at 11:34 pm

The so called Blue Zones are a myth, long debunked.
Learn some history. OK name some Blue Zones and I’ll educate you.

  9. @RonInNapa on November 11, 2025 at 1:44 pm

Look at how much emulsifier is in a milk shake.

  10. @keithbarron3654 on November 11, 2025 at 2:01 pm

Starch is a byproduct of ethanol production, so with increased ethanol as fuel we have more of it. Corn syrup also.

    • @Bribie12 on November 11, 2025 at 11:33 pm

      No it’s not.
      Learn some chemistry.
Starch in the feedstock for the ethanol production (mostly corn in the USA) is turned into sugars using enzymes – much as in brewing – and these sugars are fermented by yeast to provide ethanol which is distilled off for industrial use.
So starch is not a by product of ethanol production.

Corn syrup has absolutely no relation to ethanol production.

    • @keithbarron3654 on November 11, 2025 at 11:43 pm

@Bribie12I worked at ethanol plant and it was byproduct, had like 8 tanks that byproducts went in to, another was corn syrup, distillers grain was the bulk, which could be wet or dry. Yes you would think it was all consumed but it wasn’t.

    • @keithbarron3654 on November 11, 2025 at 11:47 pm

@Bribie12that plant used corn, sister plant was wheat, that process can’t say what byproducts they got.

    • @Bribie12 on November 12, 2025 at 12:03 am

@keithbarron3654 Distillers grain is high protein “spent” grain that has no starch left in it and is valuable for chickens and pigs and goes to some feedlots.
The corn syrup would have been made separately if they had too much starch to meet the ethanol quota.
So it wasn’t a by product, it was an extra product being made at the plant.

    • @keithbarron3654 on November 12, 2025 at 12:14 am

@Bribie12during the process it wasn’t fully consumed and yes DGs are protein. A lot of the DDG went in hopper barges to south America as animals can’t consume much without digestion problems. That plant was 20 years ago and Fagan was improving their process, plants they built in the 80’s were very inefficient and being replaced or converted to process wood particles for composition lumber. I worked next to Cargill corn syrup plant, you might reconsider consuming it if you saw it going in.

All this crap really has made me make food at home so much more. And often it tastes better and i feel much better. But im not gonna lie, as 33yo single man its gets tiring to keep cooking every single day.

    • @davidjr3769 on November 11, 2025 at 4:48 pm

Yea I try to cook at home majority of the time but sometimes it’s a pain …

Maltodextrin and high fructose corn syrup should be banned.

    • @ganymeade5151 on November 11, 2025 at 6:16 pm

Poisons. And they are in many cereals, sweets, and snacks; including so called healthy snacks.

    • @PastaFazool4266 on November 11, 2025 at 7:05 pm

      RFK Jr. is on it.

    • @angelafeng-mj3ps on November 11, 2025 at 7:49 pm

I disagree about rice and tapioca flour. Chinese people been using that for over thousands of years. They have good medical skill even in the olden days figuring out how to solve medical problems with herbs. If rice or tapioca flour is so bad. Why nothing really bad happened before?

    • @JoeyBotafogo on November 11, 2025 at 10:41 pm

@angelafeng-mj3psRice flour is rarely used in junk foods and candy though.

    • @please_understand on November 11, 2025 at 11:20 pm

@PastaFazool4266 He honestly needs to hurry up and stop giving these corporations leway for mass poisoning half a continent. The bans being implemented should be NOW not 2026 or 2027

Evidently, the filler that “fills” us….
    is NOT even food.☠️

    • @JulianS-xu6ff on November 12, 2025 at 9:57 pm

It fills us with addictive poison.

  15. @cynthiaeinhellig1731 on November 11, 2025 at 4:32 pm

Is RFK going to BAN THE POISONS AND TOXINS OR NOT!!!! COME ON!!!!

    • @jwall3873 on November 11, 2025 at 6:10 pm

He’s trying… He’s up against some of the largest lobbies out there. Big Pharma (the biggest) Big Agra, Big Food, Monsanto… All are stuffing the pockets of politicians to work against RFK, as you can’t imagine!
Bernie has taken almost $24,000,000 from just the medical associated industries (pharma to insurance) Pocahontas almost $12 mil from the same lobbies.

Kennedy has started the process of ridding the skies of Chem Trails, you think that spreading toxic chemicals in our skies would be a slam dunk to get rid of?! But, he is being challaned, severely. They are not allowing him to do his job as he would like. Doesn’t matter the party, nor the office.

So, instead of being a naysayers, support him, talk down the trollers & haters ( especially his mercenary family, who are putting him down, only to profit from their caustic accusations)

  16. @RussWade on November 11, 2025 at 5:55 pm

It’s not just in junk food,it’s in a great deal of ” seasonings” we cook with ,its almost impossible to avoid😮😮😮😮😮😮

  17. @melaniereid6778 on November 11, 2025 at 7:27 pm

Yes and they are in protein shakes which is why I avoid them too. Best to eat a high protein low carb diet

Nobel prize for Dr Eric Berg. The best Doctor

    • @atang3206 on November 13, 2025 at 12:40 pm

@nopers369Yes he done research, and no, he is not repeats others. Give me example of whom he repeats?

    • @atang3206 on November 13, 2025 at 12:49 pm

@nopers369Nobel prize for Courage to speak whats intendent by some authorities to keep hidden. Nobel prize for the fact his videos and following his advices actually makes people recovering from illnesses. I had illness one year ago. Eye P high doctor could not even diagnose my eye illness, they told many diagnosis during time and never helped even treated me as patient like Im “dirty” or contain some new eye illness. In those time i was desparate, i thought i will loose my eye. I found Dr Eric Berg video about eyes and since i folowed and listened and doing what he said – my eye recovered. I understand that other doctors will envy to him, thats why you left such a comment. He speaks alone against big food and pharma industry, for this him huge respect. On the daily basis his reminders makes people healthier, and his advice is free, which is makes him doctor i never seen before in my life.

    • @GreatWhiteNinja720 on November 21, 2025 at 10:41 am

The Nobel peace prize only goes to war criminals and people who bow to the people who own all of our mainstream media and control the central banks within our nation

    • @atang3206 on November 21, 2025 at 1:01 pm

@GreatWhiteNinja720then we need to create better then nobel prize , it will be Millions of people prize 😊

      @atang3206sounds good 😊

  20. @Aprill_Durnon on November 12, 2025 at 6:17 pm

In Asian countries where rice is the primary Staple in the diet it’s even worse white rice is starch. But given that it is in flour it is also in any sort of bread, cake, cookies, pretzels, pizza, pasta and even some soups, gravy and even salad dressing.
