The #1 Fat Burning Food in the World

You’ve been told celery and chili peppers are great for burning fat, but the #1 fat-burning food in the world is none of those! In fact, it’s not even a vegetable.

This powerful food triggers your body’s most potent fat-burning hormones, helping you burn fat faster, boost metabolism, and stay in fat-burning mode all day long. Most people completely overlook it, yet it could be the key to losing stubborn belly fat naturally.

Understand the difference between real food and ultra-processed food, and why it matters: ➡️

Yes Sir Walmart sells grass-fed and grass-finished beef, including their Marketside brand, which is marketed as being 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. Walmart also offers other grass-fed options with different fat percentages and an organic grass-fed line.

    • @MagicalCarolAnnHenderson on October 22, 2025 at 12:09 pm

I love the beef at Walmart!

    • @Quietplague2000 on October 22, 2025 at 12:35 pm

Cheaper at alidis FYI 😀 same brand and everything

    • @MagicalCarolAnnHenderson on October 22, 2025 at 12:47 pm

@Quietplague2000Oh, right. ALDI has delicious grass fed beef; “chop meat” we called it.

    • @Quietplague2000 on October 22, 2025 at 12:52 pm

@MagicalCarolAnnHenderson am just said its the same brand and cheaper. I get my stuff from a butcher in my town!

  8. @elainegoad9777 on October 22, 2025 at 11:24 am

Please do a series for us low income people who can’t afford organic produce, grass fed meat etc… We want to to be healthy but we are barely making it now, especially us seniors. ( not all us poor people eat junk processed foods)

    • @Mary_Moos on October 22, 2025 at 12:08 pm

      Yessss please 🙏🏻.

    • @leah__gail on October 22, 2025 at 12:21 pm

It doesn’t have to be grass fed to be nutritious. Grass fed IS cleaner, but I’m on a strict budget and cannot buy grass fed. Mine comes from a local grocer. Hamburger, cheap steak cuts, bacon, lamb (not exclusively cheap but stick to ruminants if possible). I buy “on sale” ribeyes, t-bones, porterhouse, sirloin, etc. It doesn’t have to be expensive to do its job. You can add some chicken & pork (monogastric) but, stick to the fattier meat like thighs & legs and more importantly, seafood. And…think FAT! The fattier the meat, like ribeyes, the better. If you have to stick with leaner, cheaper cuts, make sure to add your fat with butter, olive oil & cook with olive oil, butter, lard or beef fat.

    • @sunnyazarpour2321 on October 22, 2025 at 1:26 pm

@leah__gailwell done you👌that’s exactly how it is, it doesn’t have to be organic or gold or grass fed to be nutritious! As long as it comes from an animal and it’s not littered with bacteria, that’s good enough for your body👍 Thank you for saying it simply🙏

    • @jayc5756 on October 22, 2025 at 1:38 pm

Exactly. I was thinking about that.

    • @Drberg on October 22, 2025 at 2:40 pm

Hi there. Thank you for the video suggestion.

  9. @doceansdeepwoo2532 on October 22, 2025 at 11:30 am

Take that vague ones! I get mine from a farmer. Aldi sells it in the form of ground beef.

  10. @DonJohnson-t2b on October 22, 2025 at 11:50 am

Lots of people thinking that grass make our LDL cholesterol go up… grass-fed beef is not shown to raise your cholesterol; in fact, it may offer more heart-healthy benefits due to higher levels of beneficial fats like omega-3s and a more favorable fatty acid profile. Grass-fed beef contains more stearic acid, which has a neutral effect on cholesterol, and less of the saturated fats that raise cholesterol.

    • @CookChef-oz4bc on October 22, 2025 at 12:07 pm

My favorite local doctor love Grass fed steaks❤ 💯

    • @Damonwave on October 22, 2025 at 3:07 pm

Saturated fat doesn’t raise cholesterol. I’m 170lbs and that all eat is grass fed meat with saturated fat 2 times a day.

    • @tinawilhite8288 on October 22, 2025 at 4:19 pm

Dr Berg actually does a FANTASTIC job of explaining good vs “bad” cholesterol. LDL is only a ‘transportation bus’, and in and of itself has none of that scary stuff that drives unsuspecting people to buy more drugs.

    • @MaxBeline-vc4fg on October 22, 2025 at 5:56 pm

The father of modern medicine unveiled , how long have you been watching YouTube ?

  11. @suzannemarie7125 on October 22, 2025 at 1:18 pm

Please talk about blood lab values in carnivore people. My cholesterol is now in the 300s and my LDL is extremely off. What is normal for carnivore females? I have been carnivore for months….no sugar, carbs, or alcohol, etc……am I going to have a heart attack in my 60s? I will embrace anyone’s opinion/
    Advice.

    • @AbhijeetRaj-cu6hb on October 22, 2025 at 3:34 pm

This is definitely a little too high. Don’t eat too much fatty pieces, prefer lean meat and seafood(It doesn’t have much effect on LDL). The normal sustainable cholesterol for carnivore diet is approximately 250 at most without compromising cardiovascular health too much in my opinion. Can you give me your daily diet plan?

    • @suzannemarie7125 on October 22, 2025 at 4:06 pm

@AbhijeetRaj-cu6hbegg whites about 8, once in a while an egg with yolk. 1 large grass fed steak or grass fed meatballs (5) with drained fat, sometimes a little cheese, sometimes chicken breast, fresh roasted turkey breast, wild salmon if I can find it…..no pork. Coffee, ginger tea, water, once in a while fresh carrot juice or beet juice.
