    I agree with Dr. Berg here. I have been taking D3 + K2 + magnesium (3 in 1glycinate, malate and citrate) for the last 8 months. My knee arthritis has improved, stiffness and pain reduced by 70% but it is still there. I’m not going to climb a mountain but just being able to get up from my chair without so much pain is a joy and walking is freer with much less pain. I also find closing your eyes and offering up your face to the early morning sun has helped.

    You know what also helps with bones and joints? Progesterone. It often goes low in women over 40 and men as well.
