1:40 Signs of NAD deficiency
2:48 The best vitamin for arthritis

In this video, we’re going to talk about a vitamin that can help relieve symptoms of arthritis. Arthritis involves inflammation, breakdown of cartilage, stiffness, and pain.

People often take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to get rid of the pain associated with arthritis, but NSAIDs can cause gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and kidney problems. Steroids for pain can destroy your joints and lower your immune system.

This incredible remedy for arthritis is a precursor for NAD. NAD is a helper molecule that helps turn food into energy and is involved in over 400 different genes.

Signs of an NAD deficiency can include:
1. Low collagen repair
2. Inflammation
3. Fatigue
4. Muscle pain, muscle weakness, muscle loss
5. Metabolic diseases
6. Aging faster than normal
7. Lowered immune system

Niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, is the best vitamin for arthritis. Try taking around 100 to 150 milligrams of niacinamide 3 to 6 times per day, depending on the severity of your arthritis.

Ensure you’re consuming sufficient protein for niacinamide to help with your arthritis symptoms, and it’s also best to avoid alcohol.

Tryptophan can also turn into vitamin B3, but the mechanism is not very efficient. Niacinamide is a non-toxic, effective, and affordable remedy for arthritis!

    TLDW: B3
00:00 🦴 The best vitamin for arthritis is not vitamin D; it’s niacinamide (Vitamin B3).
02:46 🧬 Niacinamide helps reduce oxidative stress in the endoplasmic reticulum, providing relief for arthritis symptoms.
03:13 💊 Take niacinamide in smaller amounts throughout the day (100-150mg) for optimal effectiveness in managing arthritis.
03:55 🍖 Ensure sufficient protein intake and avoid alcohol to support the beneficial effects of niacinamide on joint repair.
04:37 🌿 Niacinamide (B3) is a fascinating, non-toxic, and cost-effective natural remedy for arthritis, potentially aiding in improved sleep and energy levels.

After smelling alcohol on a city public bus driver’s breath, I politely explained that NAD could be an effective treatment for alcoholism. I told him how it helps counter the depression and mood swings associated with post-acute withdrawal syndrome.
    • Fewer withdrawal symptoms
    • Improved cognitive function
    • Cellular restoration
    • Better metabolic function
    • Antidepressant
    • More energy
    • Reduced cravings
Hope he finds it helpful! Thanks, Dr. Berg! Have a great day, everyone! 🙂

    • @MamaTtoB-P on March 13, 2024 at 10:24 am

@@oliveliewvoonshin1760 you slice up the cucumber & lemon, peel the outer layer & grate or chop up the ginger root, about 2tbls & tear the mint leaf of the stem put this all into a glass pitcher, I use one that has the little spout on the side like you would use to make suntea, let all these ingredients fuse overnight or 2 nights whichever you prefer, take all the ingredients out & throw them out or put them in a compost pile if you compost & use the water to drink everyday. I heat a coffee cup full before bedtime, put a little bit of liquid stevia, a tbls of honey & 2 tbls of apple cider vinegar & drink it. Make sure to cool it with an I’ve cube or 2, don’t burn your mouth. Since I’ve been doing this I have not had chronic pain from the arthritis in my hands like I used to

Makes sense. I’ve been 100% carnivore for 6 weeks and my arthritis pain is gone. 1 year on the carb free diet, OMAD, and the pain was still getting worse. I would get temporary relief from chiropractic adjustments for the past 16 years. I cut out the vegetables and that was the magic. Animal fat and protein only. Pain gone, energy and mood improved. Sill getting the adjustments because I have a physical job that knocks me out of alignment, but no more pain killers to get through the day.
