    So i have supplement called ‘Zinc complex’. It has Zinc Citrate 15mg, Vitamin c(Ascorbic acid) 300mg, Copper Citrate 1mg and Selenium 55mcg all in one.
    Since they compete for absorption, will all those ingredients absorb correctly?

    It would be awesome if more doctors were like Dr. Berg. It should be mandatory that all general practitioners undergo basic training about diet and nutrient deficiency, it would improve the healthcare industry substantially.

    ❤Over the last 4 years Keto fasting help me get rid of sleep apnea and Gout , prediabetes, arthritis, Panic attacks etc and I don’t care who believe me. But my doctors are scratching their heads what’s going on 😂
